The space:

Welcome to Kings on Madison! The house has a well-furnished living area decorated in boho tones of gray, white, wood, and teal decor. The area is an open concept that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for eight (8), sectional couches, 65” Smart TV, and a desk. Take off your cleats and relax. The house offers a perfect combination of comfort and convenience.

Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, 55” Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed and an ensuite full bathroom.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have king-sized beds and share a hall full bathroom.

Bedrooms have premium linens, a ceiling fan, and coastal decor. Three full bathrooms come with towels, hand soap, and toilet paper.

The house features a covered outdoor living area beneath it, providing ample seating for gatherings. Whether you're in the mood to serve a meal, start an active lawn or table game, or simply want to relax on a swing, this is the perfect spot. An outdoor shower is available for you to easily rinse off after enjoying your time at the seaside. You can also unwind on one of the two furnished porches.

You will have exclusive use of the entire property during your booked stay. The property address and keyless entry information will be provided prior to your arrival. Note that the house is upstairs and does not have an elevator.

No Exception Policies:

Check-in/ Check-out Times: No early check-in or late check-outs available. We pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and they will be waiting to enter and work. If they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them. In the event Guests have not completely vacated by check-out time, on the Departure Date, Guests may be charged an additional night’s rental fee.
Check-in Time: after 4:00 p.m. (ET)
Check-out Time: before 10:00 a.m. (ET)
Booking Guest Minimum Age: 25+
Booking Guest Must: Provide Photo ID that matches credit card, sign Rental Agreement, be present entire stay, and verify non-local residency.
Occupancy: Strictly limited to eight (8) humans and must include the verified booking Guest.
Security Deposit: A pre-authorization hold of $500 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure. Please note that if we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be canceled.
Summer season minimum: 4-night stay

This house is not for pets, parties, events, controlled substances, or fireworks.

No Parties or Events
We ask you to treat our home as your own home to preserve its condition for the next guest and your return visits. Any Guests found to be hosting parties or events will be immediately evicted without a refund.

No Smoking Inside
Please refrain from smoking indoors. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs fees for odor, duct, and furniture cleaning.

No Smart TV Subscriptions
Our smart TVs do not include subscriptions, so Guests must have streaming service credentials to access specific applications.
