Master on main (king) with 3 bedrooms (1 king/2 queen) and a loft upstairs that overlooks the 19’ den ceiling and open floor plan. 408 sq ft of double porches, parking for 5 vehicles. 7-night booking gets a 10% discount year-round. 28-night or more booking gets a 60% discount (September through May). Great set up for Golfers too!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
A) no items have been damaged or removed from the home; b) clean and
store all dishes;
C) all trash (including all refrigerator and freezer foods and items) are deposited
in the trash dumpster (located behind the development brick wall on Hillside Dr);
d) used bed
sheets and pillow cases (NOT zippered pillow covers or mattress covers) are stripped and
stacked on the washing machine along with used towels; and e) all blinds drawn and doors locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
