TOP FLOOR in large house available for guests with two separate rooms and a connecting hallway with coffee bar. Guests who want to stay with us are looking for a quiet and "curated" experience. This is our home and we intend to greet you at the door and assist you during your stay.... Then give you as much privacy and freedom as you want. Want to sit on the back deck, surrounded by green with a small fire in the Chiminea, it is yours to enjoy.
Easy location for activities at the University (football and other game days, graduations, conferences & tours). Overall very quiet & welcoming on a private circle over the hill from the main road. Open and sunny in the front, with a private deck, backyard, and access to the river to wash your cares away. Enjoy your privacy on the top floor or come to socialize with us. We work full time in Athens but enjoy sharing our home with warm guests. We are frequently visited by deer with a lovely concert of birds singing in the high trees.
Our modest prep fee schedule covers professional-level cleaning, fresh linens, unlimited bath towels, climate comfort (modern, efficient centralized heating & cooling), and high-speed internet. For larger groups, we add a small linen fee to ensure every guest enjoys a fully refreshed space. Dedicated parking and 24/7 access are included—no surprise charges. We believe in transparent pricing and comfort rituals that honor your expectations. Every detail is curated to support your stay—from arrival to rest—with clarity, comfort, and care.

Why they chose this property
This has become our forever home. It is a treasured location within the city, but with so many trees that it seems like we have left the city far behind us. From the back deck you can watch the Middle Oconee River slip by, hopefully carrying away any worries and leaving you refreshed.
What makes this property unique
There is much space to enjoy, in a quiet fold between sunshine on the sunflowers and deer feeding in the backyard green space. During your stay we intend to retreat down to the basement or out on the town during the day, unless we can assist you as guests.
