I've been in the hospitality business for over 30 years so I understand excellent customer service. One of my passions is gardening. if you happen to be staying here during July, August or September you will probably have some fresh veggies and herbs on your doorstep. You will have views of the garden and flowers growing on the property during this time as well.
Why they chose this property
It is a great walking neighborhood with its hills and views of Lake Coeur d Alene . It has a variety of architecture (one of the neighbors actually has a castle) and mature trees. I see wildlife every day in the neighborhood. It is mostly deer and turkey and a bunch of birds including quail. The neighborhood is conveniently located close to all the fun in downtown and mid-town. We are close to two of my favorite short hikes. Mineral Ridge is a 3.3-mile loop with 700 feet of elevation gain. It offers breathtaking views of Beauty and Wolf Lodge Bays on Lake CdA and is only a 15-minute drive. Another must do hike is Tubbs Hill right in downtown Coeur d Alene. It’s only a 2-mile loop with multiple 10–40-foot elevation changes throughout the trail. The trail keeps you in close view of the shoreline for most of the hike. The surface is rough at times, wear proper footwear for hiking.
What makes this property unique
Most of the properties in the neighborhood are over a 1/2 acre so there is lots of space and yard between homes. Each home was individually built so there are no 2 homes that are the same. The ADU is it's own separate building. You don't share any walls with anyone else. The area is full of big Ponderosa Pine trees easily over 150 years old.
