Very spacious, despite next to trains home was rather soundproofed. Very clean, impressive with 'unexpected pleasant surprises' of stocked fridge of drinks/desserts if arriving late and not able to get to grocery store (and coffee/tea options, waffle options too!)

The place was great, it was very clean. It had so many amenities, I think they have thought of everything. Everyone enjoyed all of the video games and the pool table.

Absolutely amazing! Best rental that we’ve ever stayed in! The hosts went above and beyond with every single detail and got back to me quickly with answers. They notified me saying that the dryer was not working and ended up paying for a laundry service for us. The decor was on point! Best stay ever!

This place was ANAZING!!

Maybe the coolest VRBO I’ve ever rented. Not just saying that. The pictures do not do toss place justice!The only negative i have is the pool is a little misleading. It’s not onsite.But over all, if i food give it 6stars i would!

Great stay, Great House, Close to everything

The property was in excellent condition, clean, looked great, and was as advertised. We enjoyed staying there with our relatives. The only thing to be aware of is that there are about 18 steps to each level. The first floor has a bedroom and bathroom, as well as gaming machines and an entertainment garage. The steps led to the kitchen and living room, which was difficult for my aunt. We enjoyed watching the trains go back and forth on the patio while cooking at the provided grill. Five Stars

UTC tour trip

My group stayed overnight to attend UTC tour. This property was comfotable and offered a lot of extras that you normally dont find in a rental. Checking in was very easy. The only negative is the railroad tracks are very close and you can hear the trains throughout the night so if you are a light sleeper, this location may not be ideal. Other than that it was perfect and a true 5 star property!

The Best VRBO!

Moms and 13 &14 year old daughters stayed at this Chattanooga home which is in a cool downtown community. The thoroughness of the hosts in setting up this VRBO is unmatched. Our one-night stay did not allow us to take advantage of all of the amenities, but we loved staying here. The girls loved playing foosball and having a movie night with the provided popcorn supplies. There was plenty of seating for socializing. The kitchen is so well equipped and organized it made preparing dinner and breakfast a breeze. We also loved the waffle bar and Blackstone. I would love to return with the whole family one summer. Thanks India & Desmond!
