Enjoy this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury home. Centrally located in the Town of Canmore you are within walking distance to everything the community has to offer. Take in the breath taking mountain views from just about every window. Fully equipped open concept kitchen, dining room and living room with a large fire place you can cuddle up in front of or enjoy the private patio which features a private 8 person hot tub and gas BBQ. A gear garage is also part of the unit for bike and ski storage.

When you enter there are two Queen bedrooms on the main floor with a full bathroom. Second floor includes laundry room, Bunk room (Queen over Queen) and the Master suite with a King bed, ensuite and mountain views right from your pillow. Top floor has an open concept kitchen, half bath, dining room & living room with large double patio doors to access your private patio with gas BBQ and hot tub. Parking available at both front and rear of building.

As our guests you will have private access to the entire suite for the duration of your stay.

Centrally located in the Town of Canmore, this home is located steps away from Bow Valley Trail. Walking distance to everything the town has to offer and steps away from the local transit system also.

Centrally located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants etc. Public transit stop 1 block away and free to ride all through Canmore and a small fee to Banff.

PLEASE NOTE: There is absolutely no smoking or pets permitted on the property.
Security cameras are located on all exterior building entrances and decks.
