This property is beautiful. Has a great location. Can walk to beach and town. This is my second year renting it and I will rent it again. Has everything you need to have a wonderful time. Working with the host is so easy and he gets back to you quickly if you have a question about anything.

Not a single complaint about this place. The host is extremely accommodating with how they stock the house with needs, is very quick to respond and makes you feel very cared for and appreciated as a guest. Extremely family friendly. The house was loaded with stuff to accommodate our 1 year old. 10/10 experience and will definitely stay here again in the future!

My husband and I traveled with two other couples for a family wedding. The house was beautiful, spacious and as pictured. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed including coffee, spices and condiments. Having two washers and dryers and so many beach/pool towels was amazing! A couple of the foam mattresses were a little too squishy. Other than that the house was perfect. Antonio was very responsive and super helpful. I have never stayed in a nicer rental home with such a professional and flexible host. If we are in NSB we would definitely rent this house again.

We had an amazing stay! The location alone is enough to make it great. The beach is not even a 5 min walk. You can also walk to shops and restaurants. But the house was amazing as well! The pool and hot tub were great! We loved everyone had their own bathroom and place to relax. I also traveled with my 8 month old and they had tons of baby things! I would absolutely book again!

Beautiful house with all the extras! The kids loved the pool and many games, I loved the hammock. Quick walk to the beach and Flagler Ave. Well stocked kitchen, towels, linens, beach supplies, etc. The massage chair was amazing. Antonio was responsive and a pleasure to work with. Our two families had a blast and hope to Spring Break here again!

New Smyrna is the best place in Florida. I haven't been there in 10 years and I finally got the whole family together and this house was the best. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Everyone loved the location and the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again. A special thanks to Antonio for making the whole process amazing.

Beautiful accommodations with a heated Jacuzzi in the back even though it was chilly out we were still able to go outside and hang out very close to the beach and bonus. There was a massage chair in the master suite.!! also love the upstairs with the game room and a air hockey table as well as universal chargers in every room!!! definitely saving this place to go back in the future!!

Relaxing week by the beach

The house was beautiful and it was such a short walk to the beach it made it very convenient with small children. It was also a short walk to town which was nice for shopping and dinner. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay:-)

We had such a great stay for a girls weekend! property was amazing and just as described and very comfortable for all 9 of us. Location was the best, easy to get around to the restaurants and beach. Beat Hime Ever

This property is beautiful, clean, stocked with incidentals, and is equipped with all sorts of extras. I rent a place for family every year, and this is by far the best. Also, this is now my favorite beach in FL so far.
