If you want a spacious house, clean, comfortable and beautiful, don't look any further! We found everything in this house to make our family vacation perfect. Also the location of the house is beautiful and very peaceful. We highly recommend this place!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was tucked away in the boyne highlands, absolutely stunning and the perfect space for my bachelorette party! Everyone was so sad to leave this space and we would 100% book again. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at the Innsbruck Ski and Tee! The house was perfect for 2 families, it was clean and beautiful and homey. The hot tub was great, beds comfortable, and our dogs also enjoyed running around. Super convenient to skiing and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Def recommend!

This house was amazing! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The host was responsive and very helpful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful property! We loved watching movies in the theatre room, the chairs are super comfortable. We also had fun relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. Perfect!

Perfect family getaway!

This beautiful, clean, spacious house was just perfect for our three family group. Plenty of space to separate groups for different activities! Great kitchen to prep our meals! Kiddos loved the hot tub!!

House was in great condition and very well stocked in kitchen, bedrooms and bath. Having a crib, high chair and gate for the toddler was very helpful. We loved the beach and lake Golf and hiking were also great activities.

Amazing property

We stayed in this house and it was just like in the pictures. The kids had their own area downstairs that they loved. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The house was clean and so pretty. Thank you, Phoebe for your hospitality.

It was a beautiful home. Very comfortable for our 11 people. I can't think of anything we needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone for rental. It would have been extra nice had Boyne not closed the waterpark for cleaning and the ski resort until the weekend. It was our grandkids spring break, so we had no choice on the week. Maybe a listing of local restaurants, shopping, antiques, things to do. We went to the field house in Petoskey for our grandson's birthday. It was a blast, Also went to the Great Wolf lodge for a water park. Thanks again!!

Beautiful Place

Just my family of four stayed for a few days during a work trip for my husband. We love going to Boyne Mountain for every season-winter, fall, spring and summer. This home was not lacking any amenities. It was clean, well stocked, and right on the paved cart path. We rode our bikes down to the resort every day and hit the trails. The movie room was a huge hit for the kids! Thank you for sharing.

This house is beautiful. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again. We did have a slight hiccup with the hot tub, but Phoebe was on top of it right away.This house is located in The Reserve at Boyne Mountain. The best way to access the slopes is to drive to Kitz Cabin which is really close to the house. You could walk but on that narrow, slippery road, it might be dangerous in ski boots. If you snap your skis on at Kitz cabin you are on the slop named Escape which turns into Cold Springs, both green runs. You can get to both runs from the Superbowl lift or Meadows lift the problem is these two runs do close at 4:30. We called for a shuttle with no issue, the shuttle driver didn’t seem too eager to drive out to The Reserve, but it all worked out. This was a 15-minute shuttle ride form the main cabin.

In a word...STUNNING! Our family of eight has a great time. The kids spent their time playing games and watching movies in the cinema. The adults spent their time upstairs in the great room and kitchen. Everything was there, huge (stocked) kitchen and great room, table that seats 10, roads with little traffic to walk (with the dog), close to great golf and Boyne! And the hot tub was great!
