About the host
Hosted by Adam Cole
Hi, I’m Adam. I’m passionate about my work in AI engineering, where I focus on keeping drivers safe on the roads, but my heart truly lies with my dogs, especially my German Shepherd, Zeke. They bring so much joy to my life. When I’m not working or spending time with Zeke, you’ll find me staying active—whether it’s exercising, playing sports, or working on projects with my hands. My biggest dream is to own vacation homes, so my fiancée and I can travel the world, experience new places, and make lasting memories together. Every day, I’m working toward that goal, and I can’t wait to see where the journey takes us.
Why they chose this property
I chose the Boyne City neighborhood for Farmhouse 1918 because it perfectly captures the essence of Michigan’s "Up North" experience. With its stunning natural beauty, peaceful surroundings, and close proximity to both Boyne Mountain and Lake Charlevoix, this area offers a tranquil yet adventurous escape. Whether you're exploring the nearby trails, enjoying water activities on the lake, or simply relaxing in the serene environment, Boyne City provides the ideal setting for creating unforgettable memories in Michigan’s picturesque northern landscape.
What makes this property unique
Farmhouse 1918 offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern luxury, set on 4.5 acres of serene, wooded land in Boyne City. This spacious 3,400 sq. ft. farmhouse features 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two king suites, and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Guests enjoy private access to both the main house and a separate apartment above the garage. With its towering 20-ft ceilings, large windows, and sweeping views of the surrounding landscape, the home is perfect for gatherings. The property is also ideally located near Boyne Mountain and Lake Charlevoix, providing a peaceful yet accessible up-north retreat.
