The condo was very clean. New storm doors and windows were just installed on the lanai, bedroom and front door before we arrived. They look great! A short walk to the beach. I wished we were a little closer but we were the first building when you drove through the gate. Made it easy to catch the trolley. The maintenance guys were working on the outside of the building, replacing the siding and trim. They asked us when would be a good time for them to start working in the morning, so they did not disturb us at all. The kitchen had everything we needed and closet is conveniently stocked with essential leftovers, so check it out before you head to the store. There are beach towels and two small coolers in the closets. We used Sammy's for our umbrellas on the beach. The owners were great with communication. In all we had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful week at Siesta Dunes! The grounds are well maintained, along with the pool area. The rental property was as described. Very clean and accommodating. Siesta Key beaches are breathtaking and everything you need for the week is in proximity to the property location. You can't go wrong visiting Siesta Dunes!

The unit was as nice as advertised and located in a truly lovely resort-like setting. We were two couples and there was plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were modern and attractive. The lanai was our favorite breakfast and cocktail spot. Highly recommended!

A great place to stay! Had everything we needed for a family of 6. Sofa bed was comfortable for an 8 and 9 year old. 5-10 minute walk to the beach passing by a large salt water pool. Great location. Made use of their beach towels and pool toys. Thank you for a clean, relaxing place. Would definitely return. It is accessed by going up some stairs to the 2nd floor. Some paper goods are provided to get you started but will need more if staying awhile. Siesta beach is amazing!

Love this property and the ease of booking! It is located on beautiful Siesta Key Beach and just a short walk to the white sands and ocean! The condo and grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely return to this property!

The amenities were great but our Host did not give us our Unit# before our arrival. It took the office staff a while to get it for us. We really loved our condo and it was really stocked well. We definitely would stay there again and recommend to others.
