Fantastic Retreat, treated like royalty!

Staying at the villa was nothing short of magical. The property was breathtaking, with ocean views and amenities that made us feel completely pampered. The villa was better than the pictures but what made this property even better was the level of detail of the staff. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the service was impeccable. Dennys, our butler, was super attentive making sure we always had a drink in hand and he even made homemade popsicles for the kids. We left feeling refreshed, connected, and already dreaming of our next visit!

Del Mar Heaven on earth

Our stay with LuxMex was nothing short of perfection—truly heaven on earth! From the moment we arrived, the staff exceeded every expectation. The butler and chef were phenomenal, anticipating and catering to our every need with impeccable attention to detail. Every meal was a masterpiece, and the service was flawless.The concierge team was equally impressive—responsive, attentive, and always ready to assist. They made every arrangement seamless, allowing us to relax completely and enjoy our time to the fullest.The LuxMex team turned our vacation into an unforgettable experience. The house, view and outdoor living were beautiful, but what really stood out in our experience was the exceptional service of the LuxMex team- from Marian who made sure everything was perfect for our stay, to the incredible chef and of course, Ulyssys who was our fantastic butler for the weekend. We loved being so close to the One and Only Palmilla and taking the golf cart for drinks, using the beach, etc. The houses in the area are a bit dated, but this one was really beautifully and recently remodeled. A couple of things to note are that the pool is extremely small (wasn't a big deal for us but just something to know) and the house is broken in two- there are two bedrooms upstairs with separate entrances to the outside, but you're only able to access them by going up a large staircase outside. It worked out fine for our group and would actually be nice for a couples trip, but definitely not if you're traveling with young children or if you want to all be together in one connected house. Overall, amazing experience and incredible management company/ staff. We are already planning our next trip back!
