Quick Weekend Away

Very nice house in a great location. Very short drive to downtown Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area

Fun place to stay!!

We had 3 couples for the weekend and had a blast! House was roomy and clean. Great location and easy to find. The owner communicated from day 1. We are already trying to find a weekend this spring for a repeat stay!

great cabin for our family vacation

We enjoyed our time at this cabin. Check in was super easy, and the house was clean. The owner had warned us that construction was still going on in the neighborhood, so we were not surprised to see lots of action going on around us. Despite lots of work taking place, it was not noisy or congested. The rooms of the house were clean and spacious. Our kids/teens LOVED the indoor pool and used it each night. There was plenty of room for all to spread out, and we were very comfy and cozy there. We will be back on our next trip to Gatlinburg.

Horrible Vacation

Had issues with air conditioning the whole 5day s with 100 degrees outside.Smoke detectors kept going off at 2in the morning.Refrigerator didn’t dispense water or ice cubes. We were told not to drink water out of faucets. The host was terrible about getting things fixed and keeping in touch with us only through texts. I would never stay in this house. Also we were told we could check in at 4:00 and cleaning crew was still there with a bunch of kids running all over. It wasnt till 4:35 before we could get in.

Overall, pretty good

Overall, there was nothing major that would cause me to dock on the rating. Just a few minor inconveniences. The main one was the pool temp. I guess we are spoiled with warmer pools. The water was 83 degrees, which was honestly just too chilly to enjoy with the kids. Thankfully we had the hot tub! The other issue was that there were no pot holders or dish towels. I messaged the owner and it's because they keep getting stolen. We made it work but I wish I would have known before I started cooking. Everything else was great. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our little crew. It'll be nicer once the grass has grown back from the construction and kids can play outside, but that's no fault of the owners. Overall, we would stay here again!

Disaster!!!!

House was unlocked when we arrived. Curtain rods and towel holders coming off walls throughout house for starters. Missing smoke detectors in home. Pool was not heated as advertised. Floats were falling apart. Then started having electrical issues with breakers tripping multiple times. Ants everywhere!! Maintenance had to come out over 10 times during our stay. Then downstairs flooded!!! List goes on and on!! Please have electrician check that house for over loaded breakers!! Neighborhood is a construction zone!! House is not completed!!
