Beautiful XVIII c. house in Barrio Santa Cruz with large private terrace.

Enjoy an entire private house all to yourselfs during your stay in Sevilla. It is a 15 minutes walk from the University of Seville.
LOCATION -
The house is located in the historical centre of Sevilla on Calle Virgen de la Luz, which is a peaceful residential street without car traffic. The area is full of tapas bars, restaurants, and gift shops. This street is situated within a block of Plaza Pilatos and adjacent to the Santa Cruz neighborhood. 10 minutes walking thru the old Jewish Quarter takes you to the Cathedral, Giralda, Alcazar Palace, the main tourist attractions. Seville's shopping area ( Sierpes, Tetun, O'Donell, .......) is directly adjacent. All of Seville's points of interest are within easy walking distance. 10 minutes walk to University of Seville.
DESCRIPTION -
18th century sevillian style house. Totally restored, but keeping the style and many of the original details (tiles, iron, wood ceilings.) with modern upgrades.
The first floor entryway with original tiles opens into a small patio sevillano with skylight and stairway. Living room , dinning room, fully equipped kitchen and a powder room surround the patio sevillano. The second floor has a master bedroom, a second bedroom (both with wood floors, built in armoires and large double beds), a large bathroom suite, and a balcony over the patio. The bedrooms open out onto Juliet balconies. The third floor contains a third bedroom with a double bed, and a large private terrace (40meters). The house is quite with a lot of light.

This property is located centrally and within a 10-15 minute walk to everything in the historic district. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The property owners were extremely helpful and courteous. We highly recommend it.

Comfortable house in perfect location

The house is very quiet although it is close to the center. We walked all over the city from the house. It is clean and comfortable (we slept very well!), the kitchen is well-equipped, and the terrace is wonderful. The owners were very helpful (we tried several of their restaurant recommendations, all excellent!) and let us stay later the day of our departure. A perfect stay.

Gorgeous home, perfect neighborhood, magical stay

This gorgeous home is on a very quiet back alley in the cobblestone and brick streets of the old neighborhood just far enough away from the main tourist area to make you feel like a local for your stay. Every room felt like it has careful attention to detail to highlight an old Seville. Interior. Absolutely ideal! And our host was extremely nice, giving us tips and where to go and how to execute things.

Fabulous stay in Seville

Loved the location. Close to restaurants, bars, churches, routes into the center of town, food stores and taxis yet super quiet in the actual home. The house had room for family and a fabulously equipped kitchen. The rooftop was beautiful. Communication with the owners was extremely responsive. Clean and super comfortable beds. A fabulous home away from home and perfect to explore all of Seville. Cannot wait to return.

Perfect house in old town

This is a beautiful home on a small alley so very quiet for sleeping. A wonderfully spacious roof top terrace. There are basics in the kitchen, tea, vinegar, olive oil, spices which was so helpful. The owners are terrifically prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. I would stay here again with 3 adult couples especially if the owners provide some comfortable chairs for the living room. A great home away from home.

Beautiful home close to many sites

The home was BEAUTIFUL! Looks even better in person than the pictures. Toni is beyond gracious as a host. She met us at the property and showed us everything we would need for our stay. She had a local map that she went over with us including major sites to see, good shopping, and restaurant suggestions. She was wonderful. The house was stocked with all our basic needs, was clean, and comfortable. We ended up with issues (not related to the house) and she went above and beyond any expectations to help us. Book here…the home is great and the service you receive is amazing!!

Ideal gelegenes Stadthäuschen

Das Eckhaus befindet sich einer winzigen, ruhigen Sackgasse im Zentrum von Sevilla und ist ideal für eine Städtereise. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar, man kann den Touristenströmen aber auch entfliehen, zwei Strassen weiter gibt es gute Restaurants, aber keine Touristen mehr. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien, Gewürzen, Öl etc für den täglichen Gebrauch, Reiseführern, Restauranttipps etc. Mark ist sehr unkompliziert und grosszügig. (Wir konnten das Haus früher beziehen und am Abreisetag das Gepäck dort lassen.) Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, die Dekoration allerdings etwas beliebig und die Lampen zu grell. Aber das sind Details und bei einer Städtereise Nebensache.

Owner met us when we arrived

Antonia was very courteous and helpful when we arrived. She had a map of Seville and showed us all the main sites and important areas such as the store and waste disposal. She checked up on us later when my wife wanted info on a pottery class. Her place was very beautiful and we enjoyed our vacation very much. Only downside is if you have a car the parking can be a challenge. We only needed the car to go to other cities. Otherwise all sites are walkable.

I highly recommend this rental property . Toni meet us at the property. She was friendly, informative, and when an issue came up during our stay she dealt with it immediately and efficiently. Kitchen was well equipped, washer worked well, and the air conditioner was a blessing as the temperature was over 100 degrees F during most of our stay. Great location. Walking distance to many shops, grocery stores, pharmacy and attractions. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Sevilla.

Unbelievable Home in Perfect Location

This house is incredible. With comfortable beds and air conditioning, along with fantastic character, this is the perfect place to stay in Seville. Although it is within walking distance to everything, it is in a very quiet location. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Spacious house in the heart of Sevilla!

Great location and house if you are looking for something slightly away from the busy/tourist areas yet easily walkable to all the major sites. There are a number of local restaurants/bars nearby on the small, winding streets. We walked from the house to the Spanish Plaza, Sevilla Cathedral, Central shopping area, River walk area, Santa Justa train station and across the Triana bridge to another neighborhood on the other side of the river. The house was very much as advertised. 3 stories including a bedroom and roof top terrace on the 3rd floor. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was fully stocked with equipment if you want to cook full meals. Toni was very responsive to questions and helpful in understanding the location and city in general.

This apartment was in a great location, within 15 minute walk of most sites you'd want to see in Seville. It was absolutely beautiful inside with a lovely private terrace (we didn't us it much because it was too hot :). I would highly recommend this property!

Great stay in Seville. Family of 4 with two teenage boys. Nice location. Easy to get to from train station. Having the washer was terrific as we were on day 8 of our vacation. Lots of great info provided by host. Rented town bikes right around the corner which was perfect! Would absolutely rutrn to Seville and this location.
