The Cottage is a century home, with an unparralled view of the cove in the Hamlet of Blandford.

Enjoy its views, people and quaint home on the ocean. Fabulous swimming beaches a mere 2 kms from the house. Many attractions within 30 to 45 minutes. Halifax is 45 minutes.

A Secluded Seaside Home on 2 1/2 acres, hosting a small orchard and wild life in the privacy of this property. Amazing cove view including sailboats and remarkable Sunsets. Put your feet up on the balcony, enjoy a glass of wine as you await a BBQ'd dinner.

Can accommodate 3-5 nightly rentals in off season in Sept-October. Please send Inquiry.

You cannot beat this balcony's view!
There is lots to attract you to Mahone Bay..the Town, historic Lunenburg and Halifax. Hiking, museums, sailboat trips, swimming, Provincial parks, golf, nature walks...it is all there awaiting you.

Did I mention the Lobster..? We are 20 minutes away from The well known ....Shore Club...Lobster dinner Club in Hubbards.

There is no shortage of excellent restaurants, 15 to 20 minutes away in Chester and Hubbards...some with Live music in Hubbards.

For the shopper...you will be in your element in Chester, Mahone Bay and Lunenburg..not to mention Halifax.

Turn out all lights are out when not in a room and outside lights are turned Off at Night. Bring in all furniture cushions each night.

We had a wonderful stay at Wendy’s cottage! It was exactly as described! The view was amazing Wendy had all the essentials we needed! She was great to communicate with! The location is right in the middle between Halifax and Mahone Bay! The Bayswater beach which is like a 6 minute drive was spectacular

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist großzügig und schön gelegen. Natur liegt direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Hirsche sind im Garten, auch Kolibris lassen sich von der Terrasse aus gut beobachten. Im Wald ist ein absolutes Pfifferlingsparadies. Die beiden Kajaks können am Einstieg direkt vor der Tür genutzt werden. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die in der Anzeige genannten Fahrräder waren leider defekt.

Wendys Cove -lAn ideal family cottage by the sea

We reserved Wendys Cove on the occasion of our daughter’s Wedding in nearby East Dalhousie. Every possible amenity and convenience was available in this sunny comfortable home-away-from-home. Three bedrooms up plus a half bath fit very well for privacy. A wrap-around veranda off the kitchen/dining area was lovely for morning coffee and Happy Hour relaxation. We made good use of the laundry facilities including a clothesline. Cleanliness and comfort are first class in this well appointed seaside cottage which serves more as a family vacation house. An excellent choice which I highly recommend.
