Most amazing vacation home!

Absolutely stunning home and property. The pool was just amazing. We spent most of our time there and enjoyed the weather and all of the animals. Kimberly the considerate was extremely helpful and assisted with our every need! She really helped us have an amazing and comfortable stay. Sophia the chef was amazing and her food was absolutely delicious. We had a very memorable vacation and would love to return one day!!

Amazing house and location

We had an incredible 6 night stay at Casa Bella. We were two families with children aged 3-14. Kimberly was so helpful and made the entire trip seamless. She booked all our transportation, excursions, grocery and food deliveries and chef service. The view is unmatcjed. Book you wont regret it!

Perfect vacation villa

Gorgeous view and beautifully furnished. Amazing breezes kept the villa comfortable even without AC in the living room. We have been renting beautiful luxury villas for over 20 years and have never stayed in the same villa twice. We would definitely stay here again.If you are reading this, your villa search should now be over.

Family Christmas Vacation

Our family had been looking for the perfect vacation getaway to celebrate the Holidays in advance and together. Casa Bella Vista did not disappoint and exceeded our expectations! Casa Bella Vista Exceeded All Our Expectations

Our group of 8 friends had an unforgettable stay at Casa Bella Vista! The home was spacious, gorgeous, and perfectly designed. With plenty of seating—both in the sun and under cover—we always had the perfect spot to lounge, even during the afternoon rain showers.The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the pool and grounds were immaculate. We were amazed by how much wildlife we saw right at the house—howler monkeys, spider monkeys, a mama sloth with her baby, and so much more. The staff made our stay even more special. Rodrigo, the groundskeeper, was so helpful—he kept everything pristine, pointed out animals, and even secured the property each night. The housekeeper was equally wonderful, keeping the space fresh with daily tidying, towel changes, and laundry service.A major highlight of our stay was the incredible food prepared by Sofia and her assistant Rachel. We had breakfast and dinner nearly every day, and every single meal was delicious! They not only cooked, but set the table. It was perfect.A special shoutout to Kimberly, the concierge—she was a gem! Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive, Kim helped us coordinate excursions, transportation, and made sure we had everything we needed.The bedrooms all have AC and the house gets a great breeze so even though the main area does not have AC it was never a problem.Casa Bella Vista is a stunning, peaceful home with easy access to the beach and town. Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing Week at Casa Bella Vista

The house is beautiful, spacious, and exactly as pictured. The bedrooms are cool, clean and comfortable and the beautiful balconies and pool area look out over the jungle and the ocean. When we booked the house we didn't realize that it came with a concierge, Kimberly, so were surprised when she reached out and then proceeded to plan most of our trip. She booked ziplining, ATVs, and a boat tour for our group (2 adults and 5 kids between the ages of 10-15) and she made our trip so much easier by buying groceries ahead of time and having them in the house when we arrived. She was easy to communicate with and very warm and knowledgeable. We also appreciated Patricia, the housekeeper (who did laundry!) and Rodrigo, the caretaker who showed us sloths and agoutis. We were super spoiled and had Chef Renzo come to the house and cook a few dinners. He was incredibly easy to work with, had a huge menu to select from, and made absolutely delicious food. He was able to accommodate our food allergies (celiac disease, lactose-intolerance). The house location is great, with a short walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and a slightly longer walk to the gorgeous beach. It is hilly, so bring your comfy shoes, but so very lovely. We would happily stay here again.

A Vacation to Remember!

In our group, the ages spanned from 8 years of age to 75, and we all had an amazing time. Our views of the ocean and surrounding rain forest were breathtaking. We were all equally impressed with the wonderful staff who made us feel very welcome and couldn't have been more helpful. Kimberly was an amazing wealth of information regarding local restaurants, activities, shopping, and medical care, and she couldn't have been more attentive and efficient with all of the details that made this a truly stress-free vacation. Rodrigo, the caretaker, was really knowledgeable about the monkeys, birds, and sloths and would patiently point out their locations for us in the surrounding trees. Patricia, the housekeeper, was equally friendly and helpful. We all loved the personal touch she created with her beautiful floral arrangements. We couldn't have picked a more perfect place for an awesome vacation!!

A Sweet Place!

Amazing. You will not be disappointed! This is not just a house, it is a palace! Awesome views, with more wild life than you will find trekking through the wilds. Monkeys, sloths, Tucans, Macaws are all around. The pool is outstanding. Rodrigo is a master gardener, Patricia keeps the house in order and does the laundry. We brought in Javier for 3 nights to cook dinner. And Kimberly was at our beck and call with answers to reservations, excursions, and anything else we needed. I could go on. Just book it! You will be amazed!

Perfect vacation

It was a vacation of a lifetime! We were a party of ten with ages ranging from 73 to 9. The house was absolutely amazing! The view is breathtaking. The pool was just perfection and we spent a lot of our time floating in the pool and hanging out outside. Rodrigo (who lives on site) not only kept the pool and grounds in pristine condition, he also helped us spot all of the wildlife on the property! Patricia the house keeper kept up with the house and did our laundry every other day. Our perfect vacation would not have been complete without Kimberly! She truly was amazing! Kimberley booked all Of our excursions (fishing,zip lining, waterfall tours, massages), she checked in with us daily and also set up all Of our transportation which was extremely helpful. I also highly recommend hiring the private chef Javier! He was amazing and made the most delicious food for us! I cannot recommend Casa Bella Vista enough and we would definitely stay here again!

Manuel Antonio's Best

Casa Bella Vista is hard describe without running out of superlatives…most beautiful, best service, astonishing view… Our group was made of 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 12 year olds. I am positive I speak for everyone when I say we all had an incredible time. My wife and I have stayed at several properties in this area of the years, and this one is a cut above the rest. The property manager, Kimberly is incredibly helpful and responsive, not only while you are there, but well before you arrive. She provides concierge service you would expect to receive at a high end hotel, always ready to help arrange travel needs, excursions, baby sitters…you name it she can help. The pictures make it look beautiful, but they don’t do it justice. Waking up everyday and seeing that postcard view is impossible to beat. The house itself has everything you need to be comfortable, copious amounts of entertaining areas, games, pool floats, grills…again pretty much everything you would want in this beautiful environment. Also, unlike many properties in the area the pool is situated in full sun so the water is actually not freezing and really enjoyable. During our one week stay we saw multiple capuchins, howler monkeys, squirrel monkeys, sloths, toucans, Scarlett macaws…all from the pool area. I would say that if you are going to visit the Manuel Antonio area this house has to be your first choice.

Perfection in Manuel Antonio

What a truly amazing place to stay while visiting Manuel Antonio. The location is one of the absolute best, affording the most magnificent, postcard perfect views of the ocean and Manuel Antonio national park. I doubt any private residences have better views, and I think the view at Casa Bella Vista trumps almost all hotels as well. The nature was literally right there. We saw more wildlife just sitting outside (or inside looking out) than we saw at the park. We saw toucans, aricaris, scarlet macaws, green parrots, squirrel monkeys, capuchin monkeys, etc all right there at the property. From a distance we saw troops of howler monkeys, vultures, hawks, and I could go on. We found ourselves getting out of bed at 5AM each morning to watch the sunrise and wildlife. Now, onto the house itself. It is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, with windows, sliding glass doors, patios, tons of seating inside and outside. The bedrooms were spacious and super comfortable with the individually controlled AC in each room. I have stayed at 2 of the nicer hotels in the area before and Casa Bella Vista is so much better. I never realized how wonderful having a private concierge would be until Kimberly first reached out to help us set up our excursions. She literally made our trip. We almost missed our connecting flight due to weather, we made it, but our bags didn't, so we let Kimberly know right before taking off to SJO and she changed our day trips around to accommodate for the fact that we didn't have appropriate clothing for white water rafting. She also handled getting our lost bags to us and we didn't have to worry about anything. She set up our return covid test right at the house. She was there to make sure our day trip shuttles arrived and so that everything went smoothly. She is pleasant, enthusiastic and knowledgable about all things Manuel Antonio. And she has 3 cute dogs. Rodrigo the housekeeper was pleasant and helpful. He pointed out sloths, which are very hard to find, and let my kids know when there were monkeys outside so they could visit. Dixie kept the house clean and even did our laundry. This is a full service private vacation home that I would recommend without hesitation. I know many people who review properties always say they would rent again. We really will be back to rent Casa Bella Vista again! Thank you Chrisi for opening your amazing home to us!

Unforgettable Family Vacation – Casa Bella Vista is Pure MagicWe stayed at Casa Bella Vista for 7 days/6 nights (June 23–30) with six adults, hoping to create a lifelong family memory—and this home delivered in every way.The view was absolutely stunning, and the wildlife came to us—monkeys, birds, and more right from the house. The layout was perfect for connection, with communal dining, space for games, and plenty of seating inside and out.The in-home chef experience was a highlight. What started as one dinner and breakfast turned into four amazing dinners plus breakfast—Chef Sophia was incredible. We also enjoyed an in-home spa treatment that made the experience even more relaxing.We were in the heart of adventure—white-water rafting, ATV rides, boating, beach walks, and waterfall hikes. Amazing stay!

Our group had a great time at Casa Bella Vista! The house was big and beautiful with lots of seating areas both in the sun and under cover, which came in handy when the afternoon rainstorms rolled in. The view, pool, and grounds were stunning and we saw so much wildlife right at the house, which was super fun. The house staff were incredible. The groundskeeper locked up the house at night and kept the pool clean, and the housekeeper changed towels and kept things tidy, plus did laundry three days a week, which was such a treat in a hot & sweaty climate. Kimberly the concierge was super helpful and friendly, making sure we had anything we needed. AC in the bedrooms was a lifesaver as well. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay in Manual Antonio

We had an amazing time in Costa Rica and this house played a huge part in it. It was absolutely magical with a beautiful view and so many amazing animals on property. We also were taken care of so well by Kimberly. She helped us arrange our excursions and transportation and much more. She made such a difference and we always enjoyed talking to her as well. Rodrigo, the groundskeeper also took great care of us and the property. We so appreciated him coming to get us when he saw an animal such as a sloth or toucan that he knew we would want to see!

The best vacation spot in Costa Rica

Where to start? I honestly can't describe the single best aspect of our stay at Casa Bella Vista! There are too many name! The views surrounding the property take one's breath away. Seriously the best views in Manuel Antonio! The wildlife that is visible on the property included sloths, all kinds of monkeys and birds. The property is well maintained by the groundkeeper and the housekeeper. The house is in pristine condition. Every need was taken care of. The house manager is the most friendly, patient and truly kind person who does everything in her power to make sure that your vacation goes as planned! This is our second time staying at this property. Although we had a smaller group this visit, I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Manuel Antonio. Our family made lifelong memories that we will never forget! Pura Vida!

Most Memorable Family Vacation with Sons and their Girlfriends

The photos in this property do not do it justice. It was absolutely amazing and so clean and inviting. We arranged for three excursions prior to our visit and were able to book several others after we arrived. Kimberly took care of all the details and was very hands-on before and after we arrived. We cannot thank her enough for all she did for us prior to and during our stay. One of our adult sons needed some minor medical attention and Kimberly made sure we received it and even drove us to the urgent care. Everyone involved in maintaining the house and grounds was extremely respectful of our privacy yet attentive to every detail. If you are hoping to see some wildlife, enjoy beautiful views and experience the culture and beauty of Costa Rica, we highly recommend staying in this beautiful home. We have already recommended to several friends and family. We definitely would love to return and stay again at Casa Bella Vista.

This property is perfect for a family or few couples. The spaces are very nice and open, terraces off every bedroom! The pool is perfect and just an amazing place to relax or entertain. It is in walking distance to many restaurants/bars and down to the beach! Location, location!
