Enjoy the outdoors with kayaking, paddle boarding, outdoor patio and grill, boat dock with party deck, fishing and life size games or go for a swim with our lily pad! Bring your boat and use our private boat ramp! Tie up to our mooring whips! We have a private boat launch within walking distance. We’re only 90 minutes from Dallas!

This property looks even better in person than in the photos. It gives you the feeling of staying in a five-star hotel while still offering all the luxuries of a lake house — like a fire pit, BBQ grill, and beautiful lake views. The landlord has provided everything you could possibly think of, and even many things you wouldn’t expect. The house is clean, smells good, property manager reply fast with any issues/questions. We love to stay in this property again. Another great bonus is that the house is close to a free pickleball court located in Gun Barrel Park.

The house was beautiful, smelt amazing every time we walked in not just the first time. The ladies also got it cleaned at a timely manner for us to check in early!!

The Magnolia Home

Our stay at Magnolia home was an absolute delight! This modern and charming house offered the perfect blend of comfort and nature. The large windows provided views of the water, and the interior made us feel right at home. We spent our days kayaking, fishing, and relaxing on the spacious deck. The well-equipped kitchen and inviting dining area made meals enjoyable and easy. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, the Magnolia home is a perfect choice for a peaceful escape. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
