Extremely cosy, clean and convenient 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom (private ensuite) apartment located on a peaceful street in highly desirable, family friendly Cherrywood neighborhood. 2-story apartment.
LOCATION:
5 min drive to downtown Austin. Walk+bike to UT, UT football stadium, Mueller shopping, and St David’s Hospital.
Manor Road - excellent restaurants, bars and entertainment - is within short walking distance.
Also, we are right next to the bus line that goes downtown. Easy!
PROPERTY:
Lovely and convenient, central Austin location.
Rooms are on opposite sides of the unit (so no shared walls).
Bed sizes are queen in both rooms, and each has a full private attached bathroom. Mattresses are comfortable, medium-to-firm memory foam. Lots of pillows and extra blankets available.
Each room has closets, hangers and TV’s.
Full kitchen with fridge, stove+oven, microwave, coffeemakers and kettle. Cutlery, cups, glasses, all the kitchen essentials!
There is also:
-three desk options,
-a dining table,
-bar top with seating,
-big tv in the main living room,
-practice piano and amp available on request.
This unit is on the second floor with a private entrance and is unattached from main house situated at back of property.
