This large home offers beautiful views of rural Kentucky and has a large patio to relax with your family. The property is located one mile from Nancy, KY at the entrance to Pulaski County Park which offers a free boat ramp launch and a public beach. This home is only minutes (2 miles) from Lee's Ford Marina and Restaurant which has available boat dockage as well as boat and jet ski rentals.

The home boasts over 2,450 square feet of space including 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and an eat-in kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and includes a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. On the first floor, the other 2 bedrooms offer Queen Size Beds and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a bath which includes a tub/shower combination. On the lower level there is another king bedroom, a twin single bedroom, and a full bedroom off the rec room seating area. The Living Room and the lower level rec room both include ample seating, and a 50" television. There is a full bathroom that includes a shower located off of the Living Room on the first floor and another full bath off the rec room on the lower level. The Eat-In Kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes seating for 11 (8 at the table and 3 at the breakfast bar). Free wireless internet service is available.

This home offers the perfect getaway for 5 to 6 couples but is also very accommodating for a romantic couple's getaway. Nice roomy place for extended family gathering

We had one family upstairs and one family downstairs which was great for privacy - but also a a great kitchen area for gathering together. We've stayed here before and liked it very much - it would be nice to have some extra bedside lamps but otherwise it's a clean house with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of bathrooms (4).

Fabulous house!

There were 12 adults in the house and the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for that size group. We've stayed in a lot VRBO properties and this was the cleanest and best stocked by far. Great house with a huge kitchen, good size bedrooms and baths and beautiful yard and patio to enjoy. We are planning on staying here again next summer.

Good Time

We were very comfortable in the house. Very cozy and clean, good space, they offered paper towels, toilet paper, a lot towels for bath and kitchen. We arrived in a cold night 🥶 and they brought to us healers and helped us in all we needed. I recommend this house.

Overall, our experience was great. We could have used one more garage can. All of our garage did not fit in the cans outside when we left, so we had to leave some in the kitchen.

Clean property with lots of space.

Everything was nice, plenty of towels and supplies. There was a step up from the kitchen to the rest of the house that was difficult for my 70 year old father-in-law to get up. I was expecting a level ground floor. Other than that, no issues. We really enjoyed the air hockey table. Would definitely stay again!

Memorial Day Stay 2023

We enjoyed our stay at the house and the bedrooms and bathrooms met the needs of our guests. The house was clean and easy to access. The driveway is a bit of a challenge with two boats on trailers--required some rearrangement of vehicles at times. Would recommend some additional trash cans please. A fire pit would have been a welcomed feature when sitting outside in the evening. Although the weather did not cooperate and prevented boating on the lake on Sunday, we had fun playing cards and games sitting around the kitchen table.

Great Place, just watch your toes!

We brought a large group and the house was perfectly accommodating for everyone- young and old. The house and property were clean and well kept. We spent most of our time in the kitchen area but the house had everything we could need. The kitchen was well stocked but we did brings a lot of our own things just in case. All the beds were comfy, bathrooms clean and plenty of towels for our large group. We spent a lot of time playing games in the yard and driveway, bring extra outdoor/camp chairs if you have a bigger group and plan on being outside. We brought a boat and jet ski and we were the perfect distance to Lee’s Ford marina, drove a quick 20mins or so to Cumberland State Park dock and Pulaski County Park dock was practically in the backyard. We have a 28 ft Mastercraft and didn’t have any trouble getting it in and out if the driveway, just watch for a couple low hanging tree branches. Over all it was the Perfect distance away from the lake and just a great house for our trip. The ONLY downfall we could name are the bricks around what seems to be a new fireplace near the basement stairs, the bricks stick out quite far and I think everyone in our group stubbed and lost some skin on their toes (along with yelling some choice words) rounding that corner a few times. Also the shower near the two back bedrooms seemed to not get hot water as well as the others but we made due just fine. Would still highly recommend this house and hope to return there again next year!

Turkey weekend

Plenty of room for everyone. We were there for thanksgiving and there were no measuring cups for cooking but the manager contacted the housekeeper and she delivered them to us promptly. Could be a bit better lighting in the kitchen area as we played cards etc there.
