Let the vacation or Vineyard wedding visit begin! Centrally located in Edgartown, near Morning Glory Farm and equal distant from South, State and Long Point beaches. The traditional cape style home has space to spread out. The downstairs is an open floor plan with a large dining area and living area. Through the dining area you will find a comfortable family room with a sliding door to the spacious backyard. Above the family room is a loft bedroom that can sleep three. There is a first-floor bedroom and full bath. On the second floor you will find two roomy bedrooms with a shared bath. From the kitchen, head outside to the generous deck with a beautiful dining set and lounge furniture surrounded by a private yard. This house is ready for vacation fun with 3 TV's, a ping pong shed, corn hole and yard Jenga, and for those feeling especially competitive, there is a driveway basketball hoop! Easy access to the bike path and downtown Edgartown. Sleeps 11 (double occupancy) and pets are welcome. Discounts available for weekly rentals.

We absolutely loved our stay in Edgartown! We did a girls trip to this property. This house has everything you need - I was pleased to see it had a beach umbrella in addition to all of the beach chairs we needed as a group of 9. This house was a perfect distance from State Beach, South Beach, and both Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. The house itself was clean, spacious, and homey, The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the island!! Thank you for a great stay!

A Fantastic Home and Location!

We planned a girls weekend and had such a wonderful stay! The property was extremely clean, had everything you needed from towels to beach chairs and umbrellas to kitchen supplies for cooking! The back deck was beautiful and we enjoyed dinner outside as well as the outdoor shower! The house also had AC, which is hard to find on the island - it made our stay very comfortable! Russ was very easy to communicate with, and we had a smooth check-in and checkout process. The house was an awesome location right off the bike path making it a straight shot downtown Edgartown, which was awesome! We will definitely be back - can’t say enough great things!

The Hawkin’s residence is well apportioned with all you need for a MV vacation. The house is spacious accommodating many guests. The beds were super comfy along with the couches. The back yard was perfect for the young ones. Only 1/2 mile from morning glory farm for your morning stroll from coffee and breakfast. You will not be disappointed for a family getaway
