A fantastic place to stay in Deerwood. Close to Aitkin and Brainerd but private. The home is spacious but cozy, with plenty of room to entertain and even had a few family sleep overs during a snow storm. Hosts were great and responsive. Overall an amazing experience at a beautiful house.

Great Location

We were there to fish and although it's not on a lake, the location was great to be able to jump around all the lakes in the area. The house was nice and it was cold when it was 90 degrees out. Being able to use the garage was very helpful as well. Would stay again if we are back in the area!

Very nice house that is outside of town, but close enough to go for food and other stuff. Spent a week there and had no issues. Nice DVD collection to watch some old movies we had not seen. Everything was modern and WIFI was fast enough to stream on. the garage access was good to store the 5 bicycle we brought to enjoy the area. AC kept the place cool when needed in mid July.

Very comfortable stay

The house was really nice and very comfortable. We loved the baby gate at the top of the stairs and using the smoker. Downsides were minimal basics in the house (spices were limited to salt and pepper, soap and shampoo were dial, no tea kettle to heat water for the French press, etc), but overall we had what we needed or were able to get it locally. Check in was listed as 2 in some communications, but the house wasn’t ready until closer to 3.
