We stayed in a private condo on the third floor and it was perfect! Super clean, comfortable, and just steps from the boardwalk and beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Property description should include the amount of steps required to get into the unit. The AC was controlled by a nest set at 70 but the unit never got under 73 and was increased overnight. Was advertised to sleep 10 but when we pulled the couch bed out at 1:30am it was broken. Contacted the host who said this was the first they heard of it and they sent maintenance who just said yep it’s broken. Had no where for 2 people to sleep. The fridge leaked water on the floor, trash can was broken, and closet bifold doors were broken. Location is fantastic and unit was overall clean. Garage was pretty difficult to get into.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the fantastic location and found the unit clean overall. We do want to clarify one point regarding the sofa bed. The issue was addressed by our maintenance team, and the sofa bed was repaired and available for use the following night. Our maintenance technician also showed your group how to properly pull out and put the sofa bed back in. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused during your stay. None of the other issues mentioned in your review were brought to our attention during your stay. Had we been made aware of them, we would have been happy to address them promptly.

Beautiful home. Great location if you have kids who like rides.If you plan to cook, the carbon monoxide/fire alarm is basically above the stove which is gas, it sets it off every use. A fan and towel waving will eventually get it to shut off.

Great location! Super close to the boardwalk and Morey’s pier. The rental was very clean and fit our family of 10. The host was great with getting back to me with questions, even let us check out a bit later since we were such a big group which we appreciated. The only thing was that the fridge was leaking the first day, the pull out couch kept folding in so we weren’t able to use it, and the trash can was broken. But overall it was a great place to stay.
