Great condo in Steamboat!

We enjoyed or stay in this cozy Steamboat condo. Located right on the shuttle line, it was very easy to get to and from the mountain. The condo was clean and had everything you would need including salt, pepper, and oil which I always appreciate. Brandi was super communicative and responded to questions quickly. The only thing I would improve is the pillow situation- we struggled to find a decent pillow in the whole house!

Our stay at the Boat

The accomodations were great. Clean and big and the kitchen included everything we needed! A bit disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning even though it was listed and I asked ahead of arriving and received confirmation.

Great place to stay. Exceptionally stocked kitchen for cooking. Quite and peaceful. Unfortunately the hot tub was not open but no big deal. The only suggestion would be a topper for the downstairs bed as it is rather firm. John was very helpful through the process. Thanks.

The property was in a great location next to the mountain and had all the ins and outs I would hope to see and need in a short term rental. The in unit W&D was convenient and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds and living area were comfortable so we could relax easily. The owner was a very gracious host offering some much appreciated flexibility and area recommendations. The next time I'm in Steamboat I will be looking to stay at this property first!

Great place!

From the property manager to the location, everything was great! right on the free bus line, we got plenty of snow too! My only complaint is the puzzle they left in the living room was TOO HARD! Seriously, 1000 piece puzzle, we couldn't get past the edge pieces!

Great condo!

This condo was the perfect getaway for a long President's Day weekend of skiing. It was comfortable, cozy, CLEAN and conveniently located next to the bus stop. It has a dedicated ski locker 5 ft from the entrance of the condo - so nice! I personally like the mud room right at the entrance. The parking outside was super convenient, no long walks or messing with lobby's and elevators. The only, and I mean only, thing that would have made this place perfect, is a pool of some sort. There is a hot tub, but we never had a chance to check it out.

Clean, convenient, wonderful

We had a wonderful week. Tim was helpful and flexible. The condo was clean, neat and very convenient to downtown and the mountain. The furniture and all furnishings were up to date, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with not only pots, pans and utensils, but also crock pot, blender and wonderful coffee pot. I would stay here on my next visit to Steamboat. Can't wait to return!

All in all - pretty nice!

Well appointed, great amenities. Only drawback was that the walls between the units are pretty thin, so you get a lot of noise from the abutting units, which is a drag at 6:00 A.M. Other than that - convenient to EVERYTHING! Hot tub was clean and cozy.

Tons of space, very clean, and great location

I've stayed at this condo multiple times and highly recommend it. It's always impeccably cleaned, the kitchen has everything I've ever needed, and it's in a great location; quiet enough that you feel like you've gotten away to the mountains, but central enough that in minutes you're right in the thick of Steamboat's skiing and social scene. The hot tub is convenient and clean, there's a grill to cook on, plenty of parking, and extra space for skiing gear. I'll definitely continue to return anytime I have the opportunity!

Clean and comfy

My family stayed here during Winter Carnival and we had a blast. First off, the place is clean-- I have a germ phobia and I felt very comfortable. Also, the owners tastefully decorated the condo and we enjoyed looking at the historical photos of the area. The condo is within walking distance of an awesome gourmet grocer with the best pastries and prepared food, although the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook for yourself. In fact, the condo has everything you need including a washer and dryer! I stayed with my in-laws and after a long day with them I still felt like I had enough space to myself in the evenings since the bedrooms are on separate floors. We didn't have to share a bathroom either which gave us even more privacy. My husband and I also escaped to the spa while we left the little one with his grandparents. The entrance has a large foyer for taking off gear without getting the rest of the condo wet or muddy and an outdoor closest for storing our skis. I'd stay in a condo any day over a hotel, which doesn't have nearly as many creature comforts or the feel of being in a Colorado ski town. It just makes the experience more authentic and convenient. I'm sure we'll be staying here again, but maybe for a girls weekend instead!!!
