Modern, cozy one bedroom GEM

Do you geek out on finding unique spaces on VRBO? Then this condo is for you. Complete kitchen, super comfortable beds and the VIEW! Ample free parking, close to free bus system and minutes to the gondola. A GEM!

New modern design with some antique flair. Enjoy your coffee on the deck with the incredible views. Free parking and easy access to the mountain with the free bus line a 5-10 minute walk away. 10 minute drive into town or a 20 minute free bus ride.

Beds are super comfortable. Sofa bed has ample support with bed slates to cover the dreaded sofa bar. You will have an excellent night's rest after those fun days on the mountains or exploring all of Steamboat Springs!

Enjoy the Fall colors from the deck with a couple blankets wrapped around you. Aspen trees and the Autumn air are all around you.

Steamboat Resort is simply a beautiful mountain to ski and board on. I've found that the resort attendants are eager to share where the best terrain for your skill set is located. Just ask!

Condo is optimal for 2 people, but with two 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed, it's great for up to 4 people. All furniture is easy to move and store.

When you need to chill, there's exclusive high speed Wifi and all the Netflix, ESPN, movies and HBO you want. Pull out the sofa bed, make some popcorn and enjoy a movie while relaxing.

COFFEE!! Three excellent ways to enjoy your cup of joe. Modern Cuisinart Coffee Maker, French Press or Chemex. Coffee beans are provided, but there are some wonderful coffee options in town. Try a different coffee brewing method each morning!

A cute apartment on a hill overlooking the valley

This is a small apartment good for a single person or a couple. It’s cozy and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen (but no oven). Its location is unbeatable, with beautiful views of the valley below.

Perfect Cozy Steamboat Springs Ski Retreat

Spent 3 nights during the Xmas weekend. The unit was extremely well-equipped. It is cozy, but had everything we needed, comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The host welcomed us with some treats too! Location is perfect - easy shuttle access to the resort and also very close to parking and shopping if you want to drive. Parker was very responsive even during the holiday weekend Highly recommend this place!

Steamboat Springs Stay.

Over all the stay was nice. A quiet neighborhood. The space gave me what I was looking for in a place to sleep at night. Two things I didn’t like: 1. Host noted that there would be drinks in the frig. Got there and the frig was empty and tap water tasted bad. 2. Although the room did have AC, the unit was a portable unit set up in the bedroom and was so loud I didn’t use it the second night there.

Cool Place for a getaway!

We loved the quaintness of this property. Centrally located, easy to get into town and great views of Emerald mountain. Condo had everything we needed for our fall leaf peeping mountain biking excursion!

Stay out of downtown and have more fun!

The owner was communicative and available. The condo was cute and well stocked. We would go back to stay in this unit, the ski resort neighborhood is very relaxing and has trails to walk too. Close to rabbit ears pass, you can get in lots of good hiking etc.

Stay at the condo

Before entering the property we saw sign asking to take out shoes before entering. We always take sleepers with us but seeing such sign you would expect very clean place. It was not the case at all: the floor was dirty, microwave and stove were dirty, all drawers were extremely dirty and it was NO TOULET PAPER! So we had to go to buy it. It was not enough towels also. This is the first time we see such place for so high price.

Cute place!

Cute little apartment for me and my girlfriend to stay and ski at steamboat for a couple days. We really liked the decorations. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, spices, olive oil, and some tea and coffee- everything we needed to make a couple of tasty dinners and breakfasts. This apartment was great for the two of us but it would be a squeeze for 4 people. Our neighbors were a little rowdy but oh well I guess that’s mountain life.

We loved our stay in the condo. It's small, but has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Everything was very clean and updated and the views were amazing. The condo is located closer to the ski area rather than downtown Steamboat but downtown is a short drive away. We drove it multiple times per day with no issue. We will be back!

The property was perfect for me and my wife!

Great location! The property has everything you should need. The views on the pictures are a little zoomed in but still great views. The bus service is free however, it is one of the last stops and can take 30-45 minutes to get back from downtown. Driving downtown is very easy 10 minutes max and never had an issue parking downtown for free. To and from the ski area the bus is great (probably 5 minutes there and 15 minutes return). The walk to the bus stop and back could be difficult with skis and boots. You can also walk to the ski area we did most days and just stored our skis and boots. I would advise against driving to the ski area, parking is $15-$25 a day and not always available. Overall it was great and would stay here again. We really enjoyed it. No complaints at all. Can’t wait to go back next year!
