Welcome to "That's Just Beachy", your perfect beachfront escape in Panama City Beach!
This completely updated 7th-floor studio at Top of the Gulf offers stunning views of the beach and pool from floor-to-ceiling windows. Located in the highly desirable Thomas Drive area, it’s the ideal, quiet home base for your vacation.
Key Features:
~ Complimentary Beach Service: Enjoy a free set of two chairs and an umbrella daily during peak season (March–October).
~ Modern Studio Space: Features two new queen beds, a bunk bed nook, dining area, loveseat, and two Smart TVs.
~ Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes all appliances and essentials for easy meal prep.
~ Gorgeous Views: Large windows let in the light and views (note: no private balcony, but large communal balconies with seating are available on every floor).
~ Starter Supplies: We provide initial soaps and paper products (TP, paper towels, trash bags) for your convenience.
Top of the Gulf Amenities:
~ Stunning Pool Deck: Includes a large main pool with fun decor, a separate kids' pool, and ample loungers.
~ On-Site Fun: Enjoy shuffleboard, cornhole boards, a newly remodeled indoor game room, and a fitness center with new equipment.
~ Convenience: Laundry facilities are available throughout the complex.
Prime Location:
Situated on Thomas Drive, the complex is quiet but close to the action. You're just a short walk down the beach from the brand new Tootsie's Orchid Lounge (opening Feb 2026) and near numerous other local hotspots.
Guest Requirements & Resort Policies
~ Age & Agreement: Primary renter must be 21+ years of age, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present throughout the stay.
~ Security Deposit: A $200 damage deposit hold (not a charge) is required via credit/debit card prior to arrival. This is released following an uneventful stay.
~ Resort Fee: A $30 resort fee is payable directly to the resort upon arrival.
~ Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests. No pets, ESAs, or outside visitors are permitted.
~ Parking: One guaranteed parking space is provided. A second space is subject to resort occupancy and is unlikely during summer; off-site pay lots are available 1–2 miles away.

Hello! I'm Victoria. My family and I have been vacationing to PCB since I was a little girl. My sister and I love to travel the world but also love simply relaxing in the sun and listening to the waves. We now hope to share our love for the beach with future guests and friends.
Why they chose this property
We have been vacationing at TOTG for about 10 years now and love that the beach isn't too crowded but it's within walking distance to many great places. We visit the Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop every time we visit.
What makes this property unique
Intimately-sized resort--no megacomplex to get lost in here. Yet all the perks that make a vacation a notch better than it might otherwise be: a snack shack by the pool, game room, fitness room, flip flop stop, shaded deck areas, comfy chairs and more.
