About this property

Welcome to our Happy Place! Look at that View!!! We are located on the second floor. Sleeps up to 4! Kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances, Granite counter tops, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils! Has 2 Queen size beds. Fitness center on the 3rd floor and a laundry on every other floor. Large Pool with a kiddie Pool. Common area balconies throughout the complex, sorry we do not have a private balcony. Picnic area with grills and picnic tables for your family outings! Snack Bar by pool open seasonal! Best place to watch the sunrise and sunset is on the upper deck above the snack bar. Shuffle Board! Beachfront and only steps to the beach! We are just waiting on you!

There is a age restriction of 21 years old for one guest staying at The top of the gulf. This is a Non-smoking unit. Smoking is allowed in designated areas.

The complex is located in the heart of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive. Close to popular restaurants Pineapple Willy’s and Hammerhead Fred’s.

Perfect - Again!

Our family of four stayed here in October for Fall Break and immediately rebooked for Spring Break. We were not disappointed. We just love it here: location is fantastic, condo pristine, view is amazing, restaurants close by are delicious (head to the Marina and toward St. Andrew’s for the good options. We highly recommend!

Great Stay

Solo trip. It was convenient with the full kitchen, plenty of room, and a short walk to the pool and beach. Very clean and very quiet. Everyone was friendly.

Not what was expected by the listing

I traveled from Texas to stay here and visit friends and family. I was not allowed to have any friends/family come see me because of the parking pass rules/bracelet rules. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I came a day late because of traffic issues and ended up leaving 2 days early. There was no point in me spending any additional money when I could not visit with my friends/family which was the entire purpose.

Cozy and quite

Amazing condo with comfortable and inviting decor. Perfect view of the beach and pool, comfortable beds and linens, and had everything we needed for a quick stay away. Nice to have the bunk beds in addition to the extra bed so our kiddos could spread out. Great value! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach

Very clean. Loved the decorating. Nice shower. beds were way too saggy. Nice view of the pool and the Gulf. Didn't like having to pay $30 to park for our 2 day stay. We enjoyed our walks on white sand beach and catching the sunset.

Perfect Fall Break

Our family, including our two youngest daughters (teen/pretean), came down for a perfect four day stay. The condo was perfect for us and even better than expected. First, the facility was clean, well kept, and easy to get and to get to everything. Checking into the resort for our passes was a friendly and easy process. We got there a little early and had the privilege of getting to meet our host, Paula, who was so friendly and helpful. The condo itself was beautiful. Everything was new, classic, and completely beautiful - right out of Beach magazine. We had plenty of space and our family felt right at home. We loved the fact that the condo had overlook seating right above the snack shack for my husband and I to go out and have morning coffee while the girls watched us from the window, while watching their movies. The private beach access kept the crowds down and really made our beach experience better than expected. I would definitely recommend staying here. Frankly, We are already planning our trip back in the Spring and cannot wait!

Stunning

First time ever staying at this condo and absolutely loved it!! We will most definitely return!! The unit was gorgeous and did not disappoint at all!! Felt extremely safe, secure and comfortable at this location! The owners are very responsive, friendly and take a lot of pride in their unit!! Pictures don’t even do it justice!! It’s seriously just that beautiful ♥️

All you need

This place has everything you could possibly need! A pristine, beautifully designed oceanfront condo where everything is in perfect working order. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Top of the Gulf has become our new favorite destination. What more could you ask for?

We loved the condo! Will become our new place to stay in Panama everytime!

The condo was so well kept and beautiful! Paula was absolutely wonderful to work with, she was so easy and great to communicate with. My husband Doug, my daughter Madison, and I (Paula) love Panama City Beach! Growing up in Georgia my family would come to Panama City Beach every year. So when I met Doug (he grew up in Las Vegas, NV) I had to take him to the world's most beautiful beaches of the gulf of Mexico and he loved it also. He couldn't believe it had white sand and the water is warm from about April thru October. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love that the Top of the gulf is right on the ocean. You don't even have to get out of the bed to see the beautiful ocean view! Close to attractions, shopping and our favorite restaurants! The complex is clean and well kept.

What makes this property unique

The Complex is small and family friendly. Its is also walking distance to the major night clubs if you want to go but far enough away if you don't. It has common area balconies or you can just open your window and enjoy the breeze! Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and also a kiddie pool.
