Our hot tub can sometimes look a little green due to the Iron in the well water. It is fully cleaned between guests, but the iron can change the water from clear to green as it reacts to the other chemicals used. This can be a tad off putting but rest assure the hot tub is cleaned and balanced between guests. If this happens, let us know and we can direct you to a chemical in storage that we use that temporarily helps keep it clear.
Most shops in the area sell firewood. If you`re using the sauna and firepit, we recommend you grab some before checking-in.
This cottage does NOT have central AC. We have a split unit above the main floor stairs and a window unit in the games room. These help to keep the areas cool but there is no AC in the bedrooms.
