Our quiet road is great for morning walks/ jogs, biking, and exploring our amazing Algonquin Highlands ecosystems: a foragers delight, birdwatching, and many animals to identify. You'll often see deer, moose, bear, pine martens, fishers, otters, beavers, barred owls, bald eagles and other small animals passing through the area, not forgetting the iconic sounds of the loon and wolves in the distance.
Bring your own boat- launches at two different marinas on Kawagama (food trucks in the summer for fresh cup fries on the dock and ice cream). The lake is big enough to spend days exploring, tubing, water skiing and fishing. Our area has abundant fisheries with multi-species opportunities, so you'll run out of time before you run out of fish! You name the species, and we will point you in the right direction.

Great spot for our group of friends, spent afternoons on the huge deck and swimming off the dock. Kawagama is such a clean lake for swimming and we’ll definitely be back!

We had an enjoyable stay in september 19th to 23rd 2025.
Everthing was as advertised, and an extremely well equipped residence with everything in working order. Highly recommended.
We booked last minute, the day before we left and everything worked out perfectly. Check-in went exactly as described prior to our arrival and we were greeted with a lovely gift basket. The kids loved it.The cabin was beautiful and truely inviting. We all enjoyed the relaxing stay and our early morning coffees over the still waters on the dock. Thank you for the great experience.
This was a magical experience. From the fireplaces to the quiet stillness of winter and the end of a road. It was everything. Space was beautiful and had everything needed. Host was available and interactive. They brought me more wood as I ran out. It felt like extra care. I will return 100%
Had a wonderful time with a few friends at their property, the hosts were responsive and everything worked as anticipated. They have obviously spent some time thinking about their guests, the place had everything we needed and they even provided a gift basket and some coffee pods. Overall, very well done and no hesitation recommending this to anyone. Thanks again.
