Relax by the private pool while watching the sun rise over the British Virgin Islands. Spacious two-level living provides ample room for four people to unwind and relax.
Main level contains a gourmet kitchen, huge wrap-around deck, large family room with pullout sofa (inquire about additional guests’ accommodation) and a full bath. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, large granite island, and a vast assortment of kitchenware. In the family room there is a desk for two and a internet connected, Smart TV. A new Bluetooth Bose speaker has been recently added for your personalized listening pleasure

Both bedrooms on the lower level have high-end, king-sized beds with new pillows and 100% cotton percale sheets. En-suite are commodious bathrooms; each with double vanities and custom tiled walk-in showers. Each bedroom commands views of the Caribbean sea and open out on to a second covered deck. All spaces are fully air conditioned with individual room controls.
Recreational amenities provided. Including, snorkeling equipment, cooler, new back-pack beach chairs and towels.

Outside features of the fully fenced villa include a private pool, tile lanai with lounge chairs, patio area with new BBQ grill adjacent to outdoor dining pavilion. All surrounded by extensive tropical garden plantings.

The Villa is nearby to shops and restaurants in Coral Bay. Only 15 minutes from breathtaking National Park beaches: Maho, Trunk and Cinnamon bays, and well-marked network of hiking trails. 25 minutes to galleries, fine-dining restaurants and ferries in Cruz Bay.

Amazing views from an awesome house

The property was perfect for our group. Facing Coral Bay up high with a great breeze to keep us cool and no bugs.The deck and pool were great in the evenings after each days adventures which are all close by.

My fiance and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful home on St. John for our honeymoon. The host and landlords were both extremely helpful and communcative from a few days prior to our stay, until hours after checkout. We were well taken care of, all questions/ concerns were addressed and our stay was overall seamless. There are a lot of options to stay at on St. John, and I can assure anyone who is interested spending time at this property, you will be very pleased and have zero regrets (unless you have something against goats). We highly recommended this home. Thank you to all who helped enhanced our honeymoon!!

Adorable property

What a great property! Well equipped and beautifully decorated! Great location to all things in Coral Bay, and short drive to amazing beaches! The outdoor area was fantastic, unfortunately it was very windy while we were there and couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked- the property manager was very helpful with recommendations! We will be back!

Honeymoon Trip

The house was excatly what we were looking for in our honeymoon trip. Great view, secluded, a pool, and close to many local restaurants. Would stay there again if back to the islands.

A great stay

My wife and I stayed here for a month and enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked it for next year. Comfortable, great view, nice covered area to chill outside, AC everywhere if you need it, great communication with the owners and property mangers. We’ll be back!

Beautiful landscaping and adorable house. We did have some issues with the freezer door (doesn't open easily an d the ice maker doesn't make much ice). The toaster only toast one side of the bread. Minor! Overall another week in paradise!

We loved our stay at Island Dreams-St. John! It was perfect for our trip intentions- exploring the island, soaking in its beautiful scenery and people, and relaxation! We loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise and the sounds of the goats and roosters in the morning while having our coffee overlooking Coral Bay and islands in the East. The owner, as well as property managers, went out of their way to communicate with us and to make sure everything was in order and met the description of the property. Arrival and check in was seamless since we knew exactly what to expect based on all the communication. The initial drive to the villa was a bit shocking for our first time renting a villa on St. John, but we got used to it within the first day of exploring the island, and it easily became part of the charm! We were pleasantly surprised with the strong breezes that kept away biting insects. We enjoyed observing and hearing all the animals from the expansive decks or the pergola patio with palms and colorful plants. We could even hear live music in town below while enjoying a cocktail in the evening from the deck. St. John and Island Dreams are special- we have made lifetime memories exploring the island while enjoying the peaceful mornings and evenings at the well-appointed, updated villa. We definitely hope to return in the near future! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home in this special place with us!

Beautiful House- killer views!

We loved our stay at the aptly named Island Dreams! The house is lovely and well appointed - beds (kings both) super comfortable. If you're not an early riser (I'm not:-) bring a sleep mask. Lots of beautiful sunlight at dawn. The gardens, outside dining area and pool are magical.

The house was amazing...its views, location, furnishings, amenities. Truly a home for resting and relaxing. Some days we did just that...stayed in and sat poolside. A mini luxury resort!

Amazing Views and Great Villa

The property was better than the pics and the kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve ever encountered. Furthermore, the access to the house was great. A lot of the roads in coral bay are pretty rough, but getting to and from this house was a breeze. I would stay in this home again should we find ourselves on St. John.

Love the views, tradewinds and the house had it all.

Love this house, the porch, the tradewinds feel great. I most enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning and at night, views are gorgeous across the bay, kitchen had everything we needed, the 2 ensuite bedrooms are perfect. Rob and David were great host, quick to check on us. Everything was great! Coral bay is quite and peaceful, something I appreciate.

Amazing view

We enjoyed the location, view and amenities. The bedroom is on the lower level, due to the steepness of the location. Nevertheless, we didn't see that as a significant disadvantage.

Great way to wind down!

Loved, loved this house in Coral Bay. The house was perfect! The overall style/decor, amazing views of the ocean, and the most lovely pool and grounds. Perfect for our relaxing retreat. we really enjoy cooking and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We love it when everything just works - gas grill, a/c units, pool, wi-fi, etc. We will definitely be back! Tanks Dave/Rob

Perfect Getaway for Two Couples/Friends

This property was perfect for my friend and I! I am directionally impaired so it was a big help to meet the property manager in Coral Bay so they could escort us to the property. The setup was perfect for us… we each had our own King bedroom with en suite bathroom and we could go upstairs to make a quick breakfast or enjoy sunrise looking out onto Coral Bay. There were several comfy places to sit and talk and the views were just STUNNING. The decor was lovely… it felt like we were using a friend’s place. I am thrilled Island Dreams was available for our trip and I plan to return For another (longer) stay!

Stunning Views

Last week we rented the Island Dreams property, to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was our 4th visit to St. John, and our first staying in Coral Bay. Also, was the first time ever renting a car, so was extremely happy/impressed, to be met by the caretakers at a nearby spot, and escorted by car to the house. Would have been a challenge in the dark the first time! The property is great, two king master suites, perfect for two couples, as well as a pullout and third bathroom if needed. The outdoor space was large, with a nice pool, and the views are spectacular! House is fully stocked with just about anything you might need, including beach toys, beach chairs and a couple coolers. Caretakers were extremely responsive and the owners were also great to work with! I would highly recommend this property, if you are interested in staying in Coral Bay. Definitely a little bit quieter than the Cruz Bay area, but enough good restaurants, to meet most needs. Highlights in the area, Johnny Lime, great barbecue. Rhumb Lines, slightly more upscale, great food. Lime Out, floating taco bar is a must. Also, we discovered Hansen Bay Beach, which is on the East End, definitely a hidden gem!

Lovely Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Island Dreams. The view was incredible! The house was great. It was a good layout and size for us (2 couples). We really enjoyed having the pool. The area was perfect for us… calm and quiet except for the occasional rooster and goats. But we enjoyed those sounds. They never disturbed our sleep. Yes, the driveway is steep. But St John itself is very “hilly”. The roads are steep and definitely twisty-turvy all over the island. We loved Coral Bay. It’s a small town, but it has several restaurants and a nice grocery store nearby. The house managers were very responsive. Even the house owners reached out while we were there. We had so much fun exploring St John. Island Dreams was the perfect home base. Be sure to go to The Lime Out while you are there. It was so much fun! Wish we had gone more than once. Yummy tacos and drinks. It was especially fun the day we went. It was Halloween and the staff was dressed in costume. So take the plunge, book the trip and house. You won’t regret it!!

Beautiful place!

I was nervous to take this trip, especially when other reviews talked about the steep roads to get to the house, but it was all worth it. I did freak out the first time riding out to the house, but then by the end of the week I got used to it. (they had a sweet lady meet us to take us all the rest of the way there, which was nice) The house was clean, there was plenty of dishes. We used a snorkel mask and some fins, but there was only one chair that wasn't broken, but one was enough for us, since my husband liked sitting in the water instead of the beach. The showers were lovely, the one upstairs seemed to have better temp controls than downstairs, but we enjoyed both. The couch in the living room was really comfy, we would enjoy a movie most nights when we got back from exploring. When you opened the pool side door and the kitchen sliding door, it created a really nice breeze if you didn't want to use the air conditioner. For as much as I wanted a pool, we didn't end up using it because we were so tired when we got back to the house each day. If we stayed longer and just chilled out the house, I'm sure we would have enjoyed it. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was we lost power for over 24 hours. I didn't have cell service there, so without wifi, we had to drive almost all the way to cruz bay to contact the property manager. They were going to put us in another house for our last night, but the power came back on right before we were about to leave, so it worked out...it just got hot the one night without any air and we couldn't generate a breeze in the downstairs bedroom. All in all, I feel like the new owners really care about the house and the guests and we would recommend going there!

Not worth the cost, poor location.

Location is difficult to get to, the road leading to the property has a steep incline which makes the walk to Coral Bay difficult and would take 30-45 minutes. The side road leading to the house turns into a partially washed out dirt road. That being said there really is not much to do in Coral Bay compared to the other parts of the island, making the building location not great if you plan to do anything besides stay at the house. So if you plan to just stay at the house this may not be an issue as the balcony views are great and the small private pool is attached to the house. The kitchen is newly updated and stocked with kitchen ware for cooking meals at home. If you do plan on traveling around, a Jeep rental is required. When we arrived to the property two of the main sliding doors on the upper level did not lock properly and the one on lower level main bedroom did not lock at all, requiring you to use broom handles to ensure no one can just walk into the rooms for a sense of security. Screen doors have holes on them letting bugs in if you want to use them at night. Two of the three provided beach chairs were broken and not usable. The building next door is under unfinished construction that results in a barbed wire fence running along the patio garden area. Gate entrance to the neighborhood seems to not be operational as it is strapped open the entire stay. Coffee maker was dirty and had bugs in the back area where you put water. Ultimately the pictures and description of the property are somewhat misleading. The cost of the stay per night is equivalent to nicer resorts on the island with “Island Dreams” having less amenities and not as well taken care of. Currently not worth the cost.

Perfect View

The property was amazing! We came down here for a week for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. There were several restaurants and markets close by, but with the beautiful view from the pool, it was difficult to leave. We can't wait to come back!

Breathtaking views from a lovely house

I really liked that the two bedrooms were equal in size and amenities - no fighting over who gets the better one! The grounds are lovely with beautiful landscaping and plenty of outdoor furniture to relax on. We used the grill and the washer and dryer. The outdoor shower was convenient to wash off sand before jumping into the pool. Plenty of towels were provided.
