Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2-story penthouse with amazing mountain and sunset views. Completely upgraded, this spacious condo offers modern inspired furnishings with over 2,950 sq. ft of living space in a prime oceanfront community. The large open floor plan upstairs includes a living area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a new Sub-Zero Refrigerator, a master bedroom and a spacious lanai that offers breathtaking views of the Big Island's volcanic peaks.

The upstairs master bedroom offers mountain views, a king bed, a large en-suite bathroom and a 32" flat screen TV. The downstairs offers another spacious living area with a 50" flat screen TV, a kitchenette and glass sliding doors that open to a spacious lanai and lawn. The downstairs master bedroom offers a king bed, a large en-suite bathroom, and private access to the lanai. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a large en-suite bathroom, and private access to the lanai.

The master bathrooms both feature a large walk-in shower, soaking tub and upgraded granite counter tops. The third bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The condo is located only steps away from the Mauna Lani Point amenity center, which offers a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and spacious BBQ pavilion. All guests also receive access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club.

The property lived up to the online 100%. House is in great shapes and checked all the boxes for our family vacation on the Big Island. If you've stayed in Mauna Lani before you know its great. The pool and beach club are so much fun. This house was well appointed with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.again

Great place on the Big Island

If anything, the description undersells this property. Very comfortable and well-appointed. The complex pool is nice and roomy and access to the Mauna Lani beach club is a huge plus; the beach at the beach club is fantastic. Management was easy to contact and very responsive to questions. Second trip to the Big Island, would recommend this unit.

Awesome place!

The condo lived up to the description - it was beautiful, clean, had access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, etc. This particular unit, H204, is actually uniquely situated so that you have a view of all 3 volcanos and a little bit of the ocean too. Also, at least for our itinerary, it was a great location because it was close to great beaches but also close access to the road that goes across the island to the volcanos, and then just 40 min from Kona. Please note that there is beach equipment in a compartment under the stairs which we didn't find until the end of the trip! (I could have looked harder and also asked so partially my fault.) Overall a great place to stay!

Ideal for couples and golfers (less so for families)

This location is in lovely condition and very clean. The location is very nice especially if you are a golfer or enjoy morning walks along the coastal trail (called the fisherman trail). What I wish I had known is that it’s not set up as an ideal location for kids and families. Every other rental we have stayed in and more to offer - basic beach toys, boogie boards, REAL beach towels, etc. The unit is surrounded by mirrors and glass (including glass furniture) - I didn’t look all that closely but I feel like we had to constantly remind our children not to touch it and bump into it. My primary disappointment was that the unit doesn’t come with a grill - this is our favorite way to enjoy meals in Hawaii and we didn’t.want to schlep our things to the pool and eat in a common area. And speaking of the pool area, it’s nice enough and well maintained, but a bit small for school aged kids. By the end of the week our kids were bored by it and that hasn’t happened before. Again none of this is a complaint about the unit itself but more a callout that I wish I had paid more attention. The kitchen is the highlight - nice appliances and cooking tools.
