Welcome to our lovely, newly decorated, duplex in Luquillo beach steps from Playa Azul. Our space has a fully-equipped kitchen, a stylish living area, two comfortable bedrooms with blackout curtains, 1.5 bathrooms, and a private balcony with views of El Yunque.
Our private complex has a private pool in a gated community, and 2 allocated parking spaces. It is centrally located and within walking distance of the Kioskos of Luquillo, supermarkets, casinos, and local restaurants.

It was very close to the beach and had lots of supplies to use on the beach. The bed was comfortable and the AC and fan kept the room cool. We didn’t use the pool during our stay but we did like that there was a gate that had to allow us onto the property which provided security.

This place is ideally located: a 20-minute walk from the kiosks, 15-minute walk to the town square, and 2 minutes to the beach. Appreciated the kitchen and washing machine, and left a baby crib that will hopefully be helpful to someone else in the future! More towels would have been appreciated, and a rug or two in the bedroom would be nice additions!

The location was really convenient. Walkable to the beach and close to El Yunque which we really enjoyed. The amenities inside the unit were perfect for us. We loved having a kitchen and the extras provided were helpful. We would have considered using the pool but the water wasn’t warm enough and we thought the smaller pool was a hot tub but wasn’t. Pools weren’t in the best condition but they were a bonus if we wanted to use them. We enjoyed our stay.

Extras that the Entire Family will love

It was very convenient having extra items that we were not expecting such as beach items, cookers, extra towels, and a washing machine. We felt we had every we needed for a week stay close to the beach. The location was central to all of the places that we visited. We felt safe in the building, especially with it gated.

Go ahead and book this one as.soon as you see it. The pictures and listing do it little justice. Not only was this a great spot, but it's in a great location and the amenities were spot on. Excellent space, great view, good beach supplies, nice kitchen setup, all of it. 5 STARS.

This property was super clean, easy instructions on entering property. Condo was nicely stocked and really appreciated beach towels, chairs, sand mats,umbrellas and coolers.Beds were very comfortable!! A big plus. The only negative was the balcony overlooking highway 3. But…we realized we could do happy hour at the pool!! Loved staying here. Thank you!!

Why they chose this property

I have been going to this local beach since childhood. The attraction of Luquillo Beach is its small neighborhood flavor as opposed to a touristy resort hotel area. It's a calmer less crowded experience.
The area is centrally located with lots of shopping and dining options.

What makes this property unique

It's a very safe gated complex with pool access for guests, within walking distance of the beach.
Family-friendly environment. Close to El Yunque rainforest,
El Kiosko (local food court), La Pared (Surfer Beach). Close to day trips ferries and Bioluminescent Bay excursions.
