We stayed at this home for a month—our first extended stay—and overall had a good experience, with a few areas that could be improved for longer visits.The property contact was very responsive, which we appreciated, and the pool was cleaned weekly—a definite plus.That said, for a 30-day stay at this price point, we expected more in terms of amenities. While I understand guests restock supplies, the initial setup felt minimal—only two hand towels for three bathrooms, a few very worn beach towels, two rolls of toilet paper, and no additional paper products to get started.A few comfort note, if you’ve ever wanted to dine like an elf, the island seating delivers. The chairs are quite low compared to the counter—two pillows made it workable. The dining table was slightly better… only one pillow needed there.The yard did not match the listing photos—it was mostly dirt and very messy, especially for pets. Additionally, with no screens or lanai, flies were a constant issue just from using the sliding door.We also had a persistent ant problem in the master bath and closet. Management offered treatment, but it required indoor spraying, which we declined due to our dogs. We purchased traps, which helped but didn’t resolve it.Lastly, I recommend revising how the heated pool is advertised. It reads as though heating is included unless you opt out. While I missed that detail, it feels misleading. A clearer approach would be: “Pool heating available upon req
