Suites super comfortable & clean. Checking in staff were accommodating, answered our questions in a professional & very well mannered. Cleaning staff were helpful as we vacated the suites. This place was dated but very clean, which matters the most to me. The staff was very friendly I just wished they would have come in and changed the sheets on the beds, we stayed from the 5th-19th of June, service was not offered but every time I called for toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags they delivered. I would highly recommend this resort. Very family oriented.

We have never stayed in a more beautiful apartment (suite). It was incredibly beautiful and very clean. It was our first time there, but hopefully not our last. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Amazing vacation

Took my mom and kids (boy 7 and girl 8) for their first trip to the ocean. This property was amazing. All kinds of things to do. all the staff was super helpful with brochures and coupons for everything we wanted to do! The room was spotless and had everything we needed. We will definetly be staying here again

Just adults so can’t say about children activities. Enjoy music by Butch & cariokee. No one serviced our room while were there but all was ok but could have brought extra paper products, coffee, & dishwashing powder. Hope to return because great location & resort! Thanks.

The property was great, the accommodations were awesome. They were clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. I would definitely go back. My only negative was the fact that they basically held your room keys hostage to muscle you into a timeshare presentation, it was extremely annoying.

overall a very nice stay of 9 weeks. fyi, there is a condo. cleaning staff every other friday for longer stays who change sheets and towels, vacuum, empty waste baskets. The property is dated but clean, appears to be built early 1990's. There are 3 pools and 2 hottubs with one hottub twice the size of the other, complimentary towels are provided. Pool areas get crowded over holidays and weekends, parking is plentiful and complimentary. The on site Spa treatments are fabulous and ressonabe, the gym is adequate with 3 treadmills, ellipticals, machines and yoga room. Extra perk: staying here you can use the sister beachfront property Royal Vista which is very nice. hard rock casino's, fort lauderdale and pampano beach pier are all less than a 20 minute drive away. Overall, this is a family with chilldren property and older retired peoplel.

The resort was beautiful . My first day there the AC eas not working and a huge section of the living room area carpets.were p soaked through. The maintenance did respond rather quickly but all they were able to do was clean out the AC amd give us a rather loud fan to try to dr up the areas that were wet. I was also not aware at check in I was going to be pressured into a high pressured timeshare like sales pitch which lasted 4 hrs rather than the 90 minutes they said. Even after saying no multiple times, I was led to believe I was leaving the presentation but was taken into another room and pitched more opportunities to try to get me to buy in. I wished that was listed in the listing. The insisted on selling me points for vacationing at their resort. This turned me off immediately.

This was a terrific property for our stay. Amenities were great, pools were nice, activities were fun. The only minor issue we had was that when the AC's were on in the unit, it produced a less than pleasant smell, but nothing that was overpowering, just a nuisance. We would stay here again.
