Adjacent to Odiorne Point State Park and just minutes to Wallis Sands Beach and Bathhouse. Sit on the beautiful deck while grilling your evening dinner, warming yourself by the fire, or watching outdoor movies. Awesome outdoor space, great location

Great area with local places along the water and nearby Portsmouth. Awesome outdoor space to grill with ocean views. I bumped my head a little in the sleeping loft, but all the beds were comfy. Nice place!

We had to cut our trip short due to family commitments but briefly can say the view was amazing, communication was excellent. It was unfortunate we had to leave early. The condo was very nice.

Rye on the Rocks

We spent a long weekend for a family party. The house was well kept, and had everything we needed, including a beautiful, comfortable deck overlooking the ocean. Had the weather been bad, it would have been crowded, as the place is small with very low ceilings in the 2nd floor loft, but we had gorgeous weather for beach combing and relaxing by the sea.

This section of Rye, NH is peaceful and quiet with its own private beach. It’s also close to all public beaches and everything the seacoast has to offer. The location couldn’t be more perfect!

Unobstructed water views are rare in NH. At this condo, you can sit in the comfort of our home or deck or go out on the Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach to watch ships from all over the world come to port or watch the tide come in/out or watch the moon rise or the sky changing colors during a sunset. It’s stunning beyond words! Everyday is a different experience. You can also see the Isles of Shoals from your front window or deck in all its glory morning, noon and night. This property is all about the view!
