It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants including Buster's Beer & Bait, Barracuda Beach Bar & Grill, & Outlaws BBQ and just a short 5-minute drive to both St. Andrew's State Park and pontoon boat rentals.

This 2nd floor, beachfront condominium offers approximately 900 feet of coastal living space, featuring granite countertops and ceramic tile throughout. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with pullout sofa, dining area, one bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds, two full bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers with bench, and exterior laundry room. - Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

- Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on site, 2 parking passes and reusable wristbands will be left in the unit.
