Our ultra cozy 2bed/2bath home is centrally-located in the popular Brookhaven neighborhood, on the border w/ Buckhead.
Comfortable sleeps 6 guest w/ 2 beds and sofa bed. Cottage style house that is completely renovated. Comfortable sleeping with lux linens and plenty of pillows. Dual-head showers, washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker.
**Sleeping Arrangements**
- Bedroom 1: One King Bed with Ensuite Full Bathroom
- Bedroom 2: One Double Bed
- Broyhill Sofa Bed sleeps comfortable 2-people.
A/C filter changed every 30-days for anyone with allergies. Home is professionally cleaned between guests. Hardwood floors are excellent for anyone with allergies.

- Free driveway and graveled parking area (fits up to 5 cars)
