Regarding the driveway, we do have an on-site team that regularly maintains the entrances, including snow removal and de-icing. That said, during periods of heavy snowfall or rapidly changing winter conditions, patchy areas of ice can occur, a common reality in ski country :-) Having an all-wheel drive vehicle in these conditions is always a wise choice, but not a must! As for the cleanliness remark, we strive for very high standards and appreciate your comment about a bit of dust found under the sofa.
