4) Looking to gather more than the 10 max allowed guests? With special approval, you can host up to 25 people for your unique event. Whether it’s a small celebration, a dinner party, movie night, or a private gathering, we’ll help bring your vision to life! Pricing is flexible based on the size and nature of the event, with the option to include planning, catering, blacklight setups, and custom party décor for a truly immersive experience. Please note: all events require strict case-by-case approval to ensure we maintain the perfect atmosphere for everyone and not upset the neighbors. Note: For groups of 9-10 guests, we provide a premium Queen memory-foam mattress & frame set up in the gym that folds out, creating an additional private sleeping space. In addition to this, the home features 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, offering a total of 5 comfortable sleeping options. For the 9th and 10th person, there is a $25 per person fee per night, automatically included in the pricing.

From a fully-loaded Power Cage and treadmill to free weights and adjustable benches, staying active has never been more convenient. And don't forget to set the mood with your favorite tunes using our Bluetooth-enabled light bulbs.

After pumping some iron, unwind in our cozy barrel steam sauna, infused with soothing essential oils like Eucalyptus or Mint. Then, rejuvenate your body and mind with a refreshing cold plunge, known for its myriad health of benefits.

Rotate between the sauna and cold plunge on a circuit. These "body shocks" have been proven to help with: muscle recovery, skin health, Immune system boost, Improved mental clarity and cognitive function, Weight loss and detoxification, and many other health benefits!

This home offers flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate your group comfortably:
• Bedroom 1: King bed (+ optional baby crib)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: King bed + Queen fold-out memory foam mattress
• Bedroom 4 (Gym): Upon request, we can convert the gym into a private sleeping space with a Queen fold-out memory foam bed.
