Sunshine 1-B Apt at walking distance to B/Hospital
Enjoy all what Ardmore has to offer! This cozy & comfortable 1BD suite is located in the desirable area at walking distance from Baptist Hospital, queen size bed, living room in spacious bedroom. Also come with Smart 39" TV with Netflix, Hulu for your convenience, as cable we offer Roku and much more apps
The space
Our private apartment is close by the Forsyth and at walking distance to Baptist hospital which will be perfect for those who are nurses or medical students. The unit has its own entrance and is located on the main floor, keep in mind the house was built in 1920's we have done our best in remodeling it, it has a living space and full bath. Stocked with towels, shampoo, a hairdryer and all other necessities. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and windows with a scenic view that will make you feel like home, kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal, coffee maker and toaster. Washer and dryer are in the same level in the hole-way and is shared with another unit.
Other things to note
Parking is available off to street on front of the house, there is more parking available if is necessary in the driveway of the house.
