Fall in love with our 4-story home including the basement that offers memorable vistas of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.

This sought-after location is mere steps from the inviting waters of Puget Sound, 1/2 mile to the historic Alki Point Lighthouse, and less than 1 mile to the pristine sandy beaches, restaurants, and shops at Alki Beach.

Go for a walk, bike ride, rollerblade, kayak, paddleboard, join a game of volleyball, or just hang out on the sandy beach to take in the cityscape!


An unbeatable location. This home is within short walking distance to Alki Beach where you can enjoy volleyball, kayaking, or a leisurely bike ride. World-class local eateries and boutique coffee shops are just a short-minute stroll away. Drive 9 minutes to local Northwest seafood favorite Salty’s. Or hop on a water taxi and explore downtown Seattle.

Enjoy the comforts of home in our bright, charming, and modern home provides convenience and relaxation. Perfect for a weekend in the city with the family, a couples getaway, or a business trip!

After a fun day of adventure, hang out with your friends and family in the open-concept living area with fireplace and watch a movie sports game on our 77" Sony Bravia TV in the family room. Every room has plenty of light that flows together to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

There is a 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed on the first floor. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds each. On the 3rd floor, there is a 1 bedroom with a full-sized bed.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space.

For those nights you want to stay and cook, we have a fully equipped kitchen that is an ideal spot to cook a full-course meal for the entire gathering. The dining area has a family table is a great place to enjoy a delicious meal together.

The dramatic rooftop view deck has outdoor seating, a table, and umbrellas overlooking the amazing beach view!

For those who are working from home, there are office desks on the top floor and on the first floor in the family room provided for you to use.

Check out also our basement! It has a gym area that offers a treadmill, Cycling, 10-lb dumbbells, and Yoga mats. There are also board games like Dominion, Carrom Board, etc for more entertainment!

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 900 Mbps, and 2 driveway spaces are all provided for the guests to use!

We loved our stay. The house was spacious and in a great location. There were a lot of restaurants near by, along with the beach. It was easy to get to downtown Seattle but nice to be away from downtown. Our host was very responsive.

Top floor bedroom has a great beach view and a standing desk. Walking distance to the beach and Alki restaurants. Second floor has a deep soak tub. The basement and the second floor bedrooms stay cold and cool and in the hottest summer days. Host is active and responsive with messages. I had a great stay.

We loved our start at this amazing property in West Seattle. There was one low review for the property so I contacted the host to check out some things before. The response was fast, the place was clean and just steps from the beach! It accommodate our group of 6 people really well! Only suggestion would be that this would be difficult for someone to access in a wheelchair or unable to walk up and down steps as there are a lot of them. But my 86 year old dad was up to the stairs and did fine! We will definitely stay here again!

The pictures on the listing and the listing are completely inaccurate one TV in the whole house. The only redeeming quality was the kitchen area bedrooms are small bathrooms are 1930 vintage tiles filled with mold bathroom towel smelled of mold. Beds were not made. We have to wash our towels And bedroom sheets, cause they had an awful smell to them. Then to make matters more interesting we were not able to access the house because the electronic lock stopped working. This hose should add accurate pictures to show just how decrepit and dated the property is. The only good thing about the property was how close it was to the beach area.

Disappointed

It took two hours for us to enter the property as there was a failure with the locking system and the code to open the door. We finally got in using a key we got from a lock box. There is a major ant infestation on the front deck. There are also ants in the kitchen. We did not have access to paper products so we had to provide our own including toilet paper. They have several large tvs you have to provide your own streaming information in order to watch them. The wifi did not work at all the entire time we were there. I would not stay at this property again as they advertise that there are certain features and they dont work.
