The quiet neighborhood offers family friendly amenities including a community pool, volley ball and BBQ grills. Terra Cotta is perfect for a relaxing vacation, yet close enough to all the excitement Destin has to offer.

The Space:
Walk inside to the living room, with two large sofas that both convert to sleepers and allow for plenty of seating. The dining area can also be used as a desk with the fully stocked kitchen behind overlooking the private back yard. Each of the 2 bedrooms have private bathrooms, perfect for couples or added privacy. This home has everything you need for a perfect family vacation or relaxing weekend getaway.

Quiet neighborhood just across the street from the beach with amenities including community pool, volley ball, community grills and beach access.
