Tranquil lakefront retreat in historic Mill House Lodge. Over 8 acres of lush green common areas. Newly remodeled, fully furnished condo with breezy back porch overlooking Lake Jordan and beach. Full kitchen: deep soak tub, large closets, quartz countertops, W/D, two large TVs. Canoe on the lake, fish, play tennis or take a dip in the pool. Located in the heart of Flat Rock, minutes to Hendersonville, short drive to Asheville. FREE utilities: gas, electric, cable, wireless internet, water, trash

Multiple pets are welcome, however please be advice there is a $50 per stay pet fee that needs to be dealt with separately. Please kindly inform number of pets.

Strict check-out policy at 11 AM, any extra time past 11 AM would result in an automatic $100 penalty fee.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mill House Lodge. The condo was very clean and very quiet at night. The location was in a great spot. Perfect for early morning walks and short trips to Hendersonville and Asheville. We would stay here again.

It was super clean and so peaceful. They do have canoes so if you want to kayak you will need to bring your own. Everything we wanted to do was very close to our location. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

This condo is amazing. I stayed for 5 days during a conference. The lake is beautiful! Everything was immaculate. Very modern design. Need was very comfortable. Communication with host was fantastic. Had 2 dogs and was able to walk them safely in nearby neighborhood. Coming back next year for sure!

Great little spot in Flat Rock with fun shopes and restaurants near by. Pool was nice, the lake was nice, and the condo was comfortable. Decor was modern even tho the building itsself you can tell is older but kept up. I felt safe the entire time and I had to reach out to the property manager 1 time because I couldnt remember the room number and she was super nice, friendly, and I was pleasantly suprised how fast she responded to me even tho it was late at night. I will be back to stay again. We had a fun trip
