House is 2BR and 2Bath, and I am the other occupant.
South Palm Desert, 74 hwy. 5 minutes to Shopping and Dining on El Paseo. 10 minutes to Eisenhower for travel nurses. Swimming Pool and hot tub in the backyard. 3 minutes to two popular hiking trails: The Cross and Art Smith Trail. 5 minutes to The Living Zoo. Midterm Rentals welcome. Pets welcome.
