Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great place to stay.

Multi family vacation,... stress free. Plenty of space for everyone and great beach access. The pool was basically outside our condo. Would stay again for sure.

Very roomy and clean!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and decorated very cute. Tram ride to the beach was very convenient. Only complaint is beds were not very comfortable but overall very nice unit.

Condo was Large , but lacking.

We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater Condo. We loved the tram rides.. The condo was the perfect size, but needed to be cleaned. Needs a new vacuum cleaner for visitors to use, some clean pots, pans, without tons of scratches. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor furniture was sharp and cut my daughter's leg. This place needs some tlc and it would be perfect!!

Great time with great friends

Everything was very well. Only issue we had was the air didn't work well. When they came to work on it. It made it worse. About 80.° the hole time in room we had to go buy fans.

Great condo with plenty of room

The condo was nice. It had 3 big bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was right outside so we could watch the older kids from the balcony. The main resort was just a short walk or tram ride. We did have some issues with the internet when we got there - the app had the wrong information in it but the PM was helpful and got it working. The kitchen was missing baking sheets so we had to improvise with a broil pan. The coffee cups could be a little bigger - we had to keep getting refills. The full bed frame made a lot of noise and is really uncomfortable - it should be replaced. The resort was clean but it sure wasn't a 5 star...more like a 3.5 just for cleanliness. The condo could use a really good, deep cleaning. A map of the property would have been helpful as well.

Run down

Overall the facility seemed run down. None of the Hot Tubs were heated until the day we left (10 days). None of the pools were heated either as advertised. The couch’s in our room were old and worn out. Several pieces of the baseboards were missing in the unit. The kitchen faucet was barely attached and the sprayer leaked water until I tightened the connector. All of the 3-way switches did not function so we had to use one switch to control lights. Many of the other switches controlled nothing it seemed. The master bathroom and bedroom was extremely hot while the rest of the unit was freezing cold at times. Having Rokus was nice and we enjoyed having local television Chanel’s. The check in process was super simple. The beaches were beautiful. The security was amazing.

Almost perfect

The property itself was great - Plenty of room and easier access to the beach than I anticipated. The only thing I was disappointed about was that it wasn’t ready when we arrived (4:15pm) and we had to wait almost an hour before it was ready.

Need new cleaning team

We love to stay at Edgewater and do every year. Therefore we were disappointed this year, mostly with cleaning. The unit was just not clean, I was not even comfortable cooking. I cleaned everything before we used it. Also we could not get any towels until our second day around 2:30.The coffee pot was broke so no coffee our first morning. Also the towel rack in one bedroom was broke and just laying on the floor. For the cost of a 3 bedroom, it was disappointed. But I have stayed at other units that were great. This one was misleading.

Very nice, pretty landscapes

Nice property Not sure owners below us we're thrilled to have a family with 2 little ones running around above their heads. We had 6 adults / 3 kids with only 6 bath towels for the week!! Why no change of towels for a whole week? 2 kitchen towels -- nothing else for kitchen -- dish rag - something to wipe down counters or stove? No oven mitt - or pot holders! We cook a lot of meals - especially breakfast and lunch -- review said fully stocked kitchen - expected linens for kitchen to be included with that. Refrigerator kept freezing anything touching the back wall of refrigerator. Could not get adjustment to alter the temperature. Eggs kept freezing! Froze our watermelon! Liked the quietness of the villa and the pool area right outside the villa. Nice to be able to see pool from balcony when children were playing and swimming.

Perfect Getaway!

Golf Villa 809 was perfect for my family of 11. The location of the villa is just so that you have direct access to the pool all day and a gorgeous view of the pond (beautiful scenery for family photos). The villas are directly across the street from the beach/Edgewater hotel. There is a short walking bridge that you can access to cross over to the beach without worrying about crossing the street with traffic. You may also choose to drive over to the hotel and park to access the beach and large lagoon pool. The beach views are breathtaking! You have access to all beach/pool amenities with your bracelet. The villa was the right size for us and gave us more than enough space to do our own thing or come together. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, utensils and dishes. The laundry area is right off the kitchen and offers a full size washer and dryer, which was so convenient for a large family. We cooked breakfast and dinner everyday and saved a ton of money. The bedrooms were specious and the sofa bed was an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will come back again.

I would not rent this property if I were you. The floors were not very clean. The internet did not work for 3 days. We had a problem with ants in the kitchen and saw a few roaches in two of the bedrooms. The worst thing is that there were bed bugs in the room with the bunk beds and full bed. I believe that a full fumigation and deep cleaning must be done. The furniture could be updated. They also must get a service that will do a better job at cleaning the unit on a weekly basis.

Nice space just not clean

The place was very dirty! My girls walked around barefoot and their feet got nasty. There was a ring in the toilet of the master bathroom. And the hallway bathroom smelled. I don't think the toilet was flushing properly. The counters in the kitchen were also dirty. We were only supplied one bath towel a piece. Felt like it was just a over priced hotel room without housekeeping services. I have stayed at Edgewater before in a private owned condo and it was much cleaner.

Good rooms!

The property was clean and very nice. Kitchen was well furnished but pots and pans were not abundant. We had to supply our own dishwashing liquid and toilet paper, there was a broom but no mop.
