Step into a world of enchantment along the banks of the Snoqualmie River at our magical riverfront cabin. Unwind in the Adirondack chairs on the riverbank, letting the magic of our cabin whisk you away to a place of serene wonder and endless charm. Relax in your private hot tub under the starry sky or cozy up by the gas fireplace as the gentle melody of the river serenades you.
Our cabin is on a private gravel road, adjacent to Ollalie State Park, offering easy access to the Twin Falls Trail just a 5-minute walk away. Just a 10-minute drive to North Bend town, with an array of restaurants, local shops, and even an outlet mall. High-speed internet ensures seamless video calls and streaming experiences. Winter Conditions: During winter months, snowfall can occur and the driveway is a private gravel road that is not regularly plowed. Guests should be prepared for snow and may need to clear small amounts of snow themselves if needed.
While we warmly welcome children, please note that the cabin is not specifically equipped for infants and toddlers. We don't provide amenities or childproofing on-site. You're welcome to bring everything necessary for a comfortable stay, but please understand these items aren't provided.

This place is much better in person, from the photos posted, the river was beautiful and you could see the mountain top from the opening of the river showing the clouds or a beautiful clear day. We were their in July first week, and the weather was so nice and cool average day time 60ish F. I live in a very hot climate in the summer so it was so refreshing. We stayed at the Zen house for a wedding for a few days so we did not have too much time to enjoy the what we all called the fairy house. The hot tub was so fun and great way to relax. The only thing I would request is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, and maybe another mirror in the main bedroom for convenience. Thank you for asking and highly recommend to anyone looking for relaxing in this beautiful little town.

We had such a lovely time, and felt right at home. Me, my husband and toddler spent the weekend relaxing and unwinding and it was absolutely prefect. I brought my own toddler amenities, but Meghan had provided everything else. I truly felt like I over packed :) we will definitely be back again! Thank you Megan for hosting us!

We just wrapped up an unforgettable 12-day stay at the North Zen river house, and honestly, it was the perfect getaway! The entire experience was made even better by our incredible host Meghan, whose clear, warm, and proactive communication set the tone for the entire trip before we even arrived. Every detail about the house, checking in, was laid out perfectly, leaving us with absolutely zero stress. Our days quickly fell into a beautiful, slow rhythm. Our dog, Charlie, was living his absolute best life, treats in tow, leading the way on daily "paw adventures" along the winding Twin Fall trails. He became completely obsessed with fetching rocks from the shallow edges of the river, splashing around until he was exhausted. While Charlie napped, we spent time relaxing in the hot tub, listening to the water pass. Almost every evening concluded the same spectacular way: sitting out on the river, catching awesome sunsets that lit up the sky over the water. We love to cook and glad the kitchen had everything we needed for our meals as well as the smoker on the deck for our steaks! When we had a quick question about anything, Meghan replied almost instantly with helpful, friendly instructions. Just a few miles down the down road is a great family restaurant, South Fork to enjoy indoor or outdoor dining especially if you have a dog. Having a host who cared so much about our comfort made this beautiful house truly feel like home! Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

We couldn’t have asked for a better home base in North Bend! This cabin is charming, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed and more. The location on the river was idyllic, the hot tub was awesome, and the cabin was clean, comfortable and absolutely lovely. Meghan was quick to respond to any and all questions, Wish we could have stayed longer!

What a nice cozy cabin. If one wants to get away to a quiet place to reflect and pause this is the place to stay. It has everything and more! The hot tub and jacuzzi is something to look forward to after a strenuous hike on the way down. The hostess is so very kind. We plan on booking in the summer! Thank you for this enjoyable retreat.

A beautifully furnished home on the river. Totally peaceful ambiance. Very comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms. Kitchen fully equipped with dishes, etc and coffee/tea. A fireplace to enjoy when cold out and the hot tub was inviting. Within 5 minute walk to the river trailhead. A nice walk not overly strenuous to the waterfall.

Cabin on the river for the win!

We loved our getaway to the Zen Cabin…my teenagers, husband and I wanted a recharge and the serene setting was just what we needed. Loved sipping coffee on the deck in the morning, hiking in the afternoon, games in front of the fireplace, and hot tubbing in the evening. We appreciated Meghan’s thorough guidebook both on the house itself but also dining recommendations in the area and she was very responsive in her communication. I can definitely see us returning to the Zen cabin in the future!

Riverside retreat

This was a great and comfortable place to relax out in nature especially by the beautiful river. Loved the chairs and fire pit by the river and the screened in porch. The nearby Twin Falls trail at Ollallie state park was gorgeous (though be prepared for hills and stairs ) and the sights and eateries in nearby North Bend and Snoqualmie kept us busy too. Though nothing was walkable, the trips were quite short. Top picks of ours were Twedes Cafe, South Fork, Sigillos Winery, and the Salish Lodge. Great area to stay if you're a Twin Peaks fan! Thanks for a clean comfortable lovely place, Meghan!

Absolutely amazing can't say enough about how wonderful the place was ......so peaceful and quite ,beautifully decorated. Cabin was sparkly clean.!! She even put a beautiful Christmas tree there for my family to enjoy per my request.! Megan went over and beyond and every aspect of an incredible host!! The only thing I wish I would have done is booked a little bit earlier so I could stay longer. I booked it for one week and wish there was availability, but unfortunately, there was not !! The river and surroundings and hot tub just put the icing on the cake.!! There is nothing like waking up to look at your bedroom window and see the beautiful river!! Thank you again Megan for making this memory so beautiful for my family. Look forward to seeing you next year.

Magical experience from the moment we arrived. The house is more beautiful than the pictures, it’s so cozy and peaceful. The river running through the back yard is breathtaking. The host went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and at home-setting bug spray on the front porch for us, giving us an extra camp chair, fully stocked amenities that aren’t common at most rental properties. The cabin was as so very clean-literally spotless. In my 17 years of 2-4 rentals a year this is by far the best experience I have ever had! Fully stocked toilet paper, wood and a lighter for the fire pit, pellets in the grill. Meghan set the bar high for all other property owners with her home and thoughtfulness. If I could I would rate this 100 We are looking forward to future stays with her.

Two bedrooms, both having a king sized bed was a huge plus. Roomy bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a shower. Nice decor throughout. Dog friendly was so very important to us. The bath towels provided specifically for the dog and labeled was a huge bonus! There were dog bowls available and easily seen on the kitchen floor. The atmosphere outside was so beautiful during the day and at night with the string lights made it a magical place indeed, but be prepared to apply mosquito repellent! I am a pretty picky guest, but found this cabin truly comfy and truly felt the zen! Be prepared to create your own magical moments by staying here!

Driving up to it it looked exactly like the description. My daughter went in first,came back to the car and said, it’s so cute!! One of the best experiences we’ve had! Host was very responsive to our questions, so well stocked, clean and comfortable. Listening to the sound of the river just steps away, the hot tub, everything about this place was exceptional! Have already recommended it to friends. 5 minute walk to Twin Falls trailhead, can’t wait to stay there again!
