Our guest home has 4 bedrooms and and big basement filled with games for all and a second full (and mega large) bathroom We are centrally located only 5 minutes from Millersville University and less than 15 minutes from the action in downtown Lancaster. Our location is perfect for those wanting to be around Amish country farms, as well as those looking to go to great places, such as Dutch Wonderland, HersheyPark, American Music Theater, Sight & Sound, Outlets & so much more!!

Very nice property: clean, well decorated, very welcoming. I highly recommend it! Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nicely arranged (spacious, quality linens, nice bathroom accessories) that accommodate large groups nicely. The kitchen, living, and dining are quite comfortable but may be tight for seating for larger groups. Excellent communication and a very kind host. Thanks Alisa!

Alisa was an incredible host. A great communicator with attention to detail to ensure our stay went as seamless as possible. The property was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Would only recommend a freezer be added for guests who bring frozen items! Although the ice maker was a great touch.

Clean and cozy

This was the perfect spot for us to relax after the PA Renn Fair. The kids had tons of fun running around and playing games in the basement. We all slept like babies.

There was the worse smell in the house. My daughter works for a company that does black mold cleaning and she said that it exactly what the smell is. I talked to the host and she told me they pumped the septic tank and tore the tile floor out and painted the floors and walls. She acted as if I was making all this up but trust me I have 5 witnesses that can tell you their story. It was late when we arrived and I was tired from driving and she and VRBO told me we can leave right then and get a motel . I refused because we were not going to a motel. I have medical supplies that have to be refrigerated and an insulated container that has to be frozen to keep my supplies cold all day. The refrigerator did not have a freezer. The house was much smaller than the description. There was not enough seating in the living room for 6 people. The basement was the worst smelling place in the house and no over head lighting in the play area but that was ok because the kids couldn’t stand the smell. We slept in the house but we rose early and left for the entire day and came back only to sleep. If the host did all she said she did, septic tank, tile and paint, she had to know about the smell before we arrived. She had deodorizer either on or in front of fans blowing in every room.Why would you do all this if there was nothing wrong. Right now I don’t think I’ll ever use VRBO again, this experience will last me and my family a lifetime. If you do something bad, people will tell everyone they k

While I love to give great reviews, it’s impossible to do here since this guest was so disrespectful and verbally abusive that VRbO offered us to cancel the reservation and force them to immediately leave.Upon arrival he stated it had an odor and immediately asked for money. I explained the basement was recently remodeled and painted. He was incredibly hostile. We offered for him to leave immediately for a full refund. Instead he felt that threats & extortion to give him money to stay was more appropriate.He was told that the septic tank had been pumped about a week prior, so we knew that there were no issues with the septic. He wanted money, but refused to leave. As hosts,we immediately called VRBO and asked for their help.For hours VRBO tried to reach the guest and when they did, the guest told VRbO that they refuse to leave our home.They told VRBO that there was nothing else available in the area so we compiled a full list of options for them of only the very best hotels in the area, yet he continued repeatedly to say that they did not want to leave our home, which dues indeed have a large freezer.VRBO offered them to leave and told us that our only option would be to force them out which we did not feel would be appropriate.The way in which this man spoke to us was extremely disrespectful and commandeering.We asked to send a contractor to come check things out.He ignored and then refused to allow anyone in to check out his allegations.This guest is caustic and dishonest.
