This peaceful home is the perfect getaway for you! It sits on a small island called Treasure Island in New Port Richey. Relax in the lanai, sit out on the dock, or set sail in the kayaks…

Enjoy a peaceful stay in a home on the water. The master bedroom allows for you to walk out to the screened lanai where you can sit back and enjoy a view of the water. There is a second bedroom available to use as a dedicated workspace or room for a guest to stay overnight.

While the lanai is peaceful and relaxing, the dock along the bayou might be where you choose to spend your time. You are welcome to fish from the dock or set sail in the kayaks!

The house is equipped with everything you need for your home away from home. If you think of something you need or something you've forgotten, let your host know - I live a few doors down and am always happy to help!

This house is located on a dead end road so there is very little traffic. We are located on the small, forgotten island of less than 15 homes in New Port Richey, known as Treasure Island.

Our neighborhood is RV friendly, as we have electric and water hookups nearby. Let us know ahead of time that you will be traveling in your RV or that your friends are coming to join you in their RV and we will be sure to have things ready for you to pull up and plug in. Please contact us for the discounted nightly RV rate.

I am a CT native, but have enjoyed living in New Port Richey for the last 25 years. I currently host vacations in the in-law suite attached to my home on a little island in NPR as well as a few homes nearby. When I'm not busy working, I love traveling, either by car, plane, or RV with family and friends!

Why they chose this property

My favorite thing about our neighborhood is that it is so close to everything, but nestled along the Florida coast on a little island where no one ever travels. The tranquility is unmatched, here on Treasure Island in New Port Richey, Florida.

What makes this property unique

This is a newly renovated home along the bayou in New Port Richey. You have plenty space to sit back and relax. We offer a campsite and launch area just a few houses down from this property where you can enjoy even more activities outside if you desire.
