Sleeps 8 in 3 private bedrooms and one loft space, Master Bedroom has King Bed and en suite large master bath, 2 queen bedrooms and a queen bed in large loft space up a set of spiral stairs in the living area. Huge kitchen with a large island for dining. Cozy living room with huge TV and gas fireplace. Outside is a country dream. Sit on the porches and listen to the birds chirp and watch the whitetail deer.
Central to the Bourbon Trail, you can hit any of the well known distilleries in less than an hour in any direction. Located out i n the country,but just a quick 10-15 minute drive into Springfield where you can grab a bite to eat at Mordecai's on Main, grab groceries or a delicious plate lunch at Parkview IGA, or shop in one of the little boutiques or antique shops on main street. One hour from both Lexington and Louisville. 20 minute drive to Makers Mark Distillery. 30 minutes to Bardstown.

We had the best time during our stay here, the hostess was quick to respond anytime I messaged her. While sitting outside enjoying the lights we saw deer in the field right down the road. The home was beautiful, clean and comfy! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

We stayed for our daughters wedding in Perryville. It was close to drive back and forth. Crazy single lane road to the house so drive carefully but othrr than that, very nice modern place.

This property is AMAZING! Such special details in and outside the property, fire pit, outside bar entertaining area was awesome. The beds were so comfy everything was great - would go back again if we venture down to the area! Highly recommend for anyone wanted a great location off the beaten path but close enough to Bourbon trail which was our reason for the visit! Loved it!!

Beautiful secluded property

We had a wonderful time at this property and had plenty of room for our group of 6. This beautiful house is off the beaten path, providing peaceful mornings and evenings outside enjoying friends and nature. The house was also fully stocked with towels, kitchen ware, and cleaning supplies. Highly recommend this little get away.

Excellent Cottage!

There was a group of 8 adults (4 couples) that shared this beautiful modern space. We all loved the rural area which is extremely dark & quiet @ night. The large porch allowed all of us to sit outside & enjoy our morning coffee while the rain poured down. The fire pit & provided wood was a big hit. The kitchen was fully equipped to make two large evening meals. We lost power late @ night but the host was quick with a helpful response which we all greatly appreciated. The large washer & dryer came in handy to wash all of our towels twice. The beds were comfortable with cozy clean bedding. Highly recommend this property for a peaceful getaway!
