This is a two-family house located seven houses away from Belmar Beach and a few blocks away from Avon, Spring Lake, downtown Belmar, and the train station. I currently occupy the first floor with my family.
The rental unit, is a two-story apartment with 2BD, LR, BA, and kitchen on the first level and 3 BD, BA, W/D on the second level. The backyard is shared and the apartment comes with 2 parking spots.

The rooms were all very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable had adequate air conditioning each floor had its own unit. Hosts live on the property so if we had any needs we were able to talk to them. We were less than one block from the beach with easy access onto the beach. Would definitely rent from them again.

Great location

Perfect location minutes from the beach, nice front deck that you can eat and see the beach. Plenty of space for all, clean and secure.

This is an adorable beach house with all the amenities, and absolutely wonderful hosts! Incredibly responsive and accommodating, and answered all our questions.

So close to beach!

Recently did a Friends Forever trip to Hani’s apartment and totally loved our stay. The apt was very clean, comfortable, lots of space and walkable to beach. Hani was a great host, communication was fast. We will rent here again for sure!
