Chad was extremely responsive to our initial requests for a few items needed in the property. The home was very comfortable and in a beautiful setting. The resort had much to offer.

We appreciate our guest’s recognition of our responsiveness. As stated in our property description, we provide two sets of travel-size toiletries, two additional bar soaps, and two rolls of toilet paper per bedroom, regardless of stay length or guest count. Each toiletry set includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Two additional rolls of toilet paper are provided in the half bathrooms. For this five-day stay with six guests, our cleaning crew made an extra trip to verify that the supplies had been set out. During that visit, they brought out six additional toiletry sets and four more rolls of toilet paper from our on-site reserve stock, bringing the totals available to the guests to 18 toiletry sets and 18 rolls.

This is our 2nd visit to Ole Mt Buck. It’s spacious for my very large family. Having a BR for each couple was a game changer. We had a great time and looking forward to booking it next year.

With six en suite bedrooms, two half baths, and plenty of room for a family of 10, this was a perfect space for us. We stayed a week and took advantage of several local attractions. Having the resort pool close by was a big advantage. The grandkids enjoyed the basement rec area and the two decks, especially the dry lower deck when rainy. The decks and the size of the house helped make up for the lack of a yard. Chad was an excellent host!

Super easy process and perfect prompt communication. The house was perfect for our extended family to join us for our daughter’s graduation from JMU. The grill was charcoal which we had not used in decades but it worked perfectly and the chicken was the best.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Everything was perfect. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped. The kids and adults loved the game room. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was a great feature as well. Highly recommend this home. Chad is very easy to work with and responds quickly when you reach out to him.

This property was perfect for our large family vacation. We had more than enough room to park every vehicle. Chad the host was amazing to work with. We had a small issue when we arrived but Chad was able to get someone out right away to correct the issue. The house is as described from the listing and had plenty of plates, silverware, and cooking dishes for meals together. We loved the outdoor spaces as well as the game area for the kids to play. Our whole family raved about the house!

Beautiful home with tons of space! Hand a small snafu trying to get side, but the POC was able to assist and get the door unlocked. The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas as well. Definitely would recommend this property!

This property was brand new and was a great setup for multiple families who are staying together. The kids loved the basement with the arcade games. Would definitely recommend this property for big groups!

Wonderful Rental

We were a group of 8 adults, 5 children ages 1-4, and one dog and spent 4 nights. House was very clean and spacious. Great rental for larger family get togethers!
