One night stay

Seth was incredibly kind, we stayed one night and the cottage was serviceable. Would not recommend for a long stay, there were flies and the air conditioners were caked with dirt and dust.

One time stay

Not ideal for a long stay. Property needs cleaning and refreshing. Very minimal kitchen utensils. Could use some baking pans, measuring cups, etc. In the rooms there are no dressers or anywhere to place belongings or clothing. Everything has to be on the floor, which could use a good mopping. Shower faucet is very touchy and you have to turn it in the opposite direction to be hot. Property listing says 2 bathrooms but there is only one. No hot tub and dogs surrounding the property will bark when you arrive and for a while. Owner lives on site. A positive, was the owner- Seth was friendly in communication.
